    摘要: In a pattern correction method, design layout data of a pattern designed by an automated layout unit is entered. An environmental profile is determined based on whether or not another graphics pattern exists at the surroundings of each correction target cell included in the entered design layout data. A target cell name is replaced with a prescribed cell name of correction pattern corresponding to the determined environmental profile by referencing a cell replacement table. An OPC correction pattern corresponding to the replaced cell name is imported from a cell library.

    摘要: An optical-disk drive device is provided which is capable of executing recording or reproduction at a plurality of numerical apertures and keeping constant the quantity of light which is emitted by a light-emitting element. This optical-disk drive device includes: light-emitting elements; a beam splitter which allows a luminous flux that is emitted by each of these light-emitting elements to branch off to a first luminous flux and a second luminous flux; a photo-detector which detects a front light that has branched off at the beam splitter; an aperture restriction member; and a controller which controls the quantity of light that is emitted by each of the light-emitting elements, using a signal which is obtained by the photo-detector, in which the photo-detector has a circular first detection area in which an inner luminous flux of the first luminous flux is received, and a ring-shaped second detection area in which an outer luminous flux of the first luminous flux is received; and the controller controls the quantity of light, at the time of a large numerical aperture, based on the quantity of light which is received in the first detection area and the second detection area, and controls the quantity of light, at the time of a small numerical aperture, based on the quantity of light which is received in the first detection area.

    摘要: There is provided a flay-back type synchronous rectifying switching power supply device in which a rectifying element is surely turned off before the main switch is turned on even when the on-time of a main switch element is lengthened due to sudden variation of a load. The synchronous rectifying switching power supply device is equipped with a synchronous rectifying element (Q2) connected to a secondary winding (N2) of a transformer (T) in series and driving means comprising an auxiliary winding (N3), etc. for turning on the synchronous rectifying element (Q2) complementarily with a main switch element (Q1) between output terminals (13, 14). A transistor (Tr1) serving as interrupting means for turning off the synchronous rectifying element (Q2) is provided between the gate and source of the synchronous rectifying element (Q2). An off-timing at which the synchronous rectifying element (Q2) is turned off by the interrupting means (Tr1) is set within a timing range which corresponds to a fixed time after the main switch element (Q1) is turned on and also is as near as a fixed driving period of the main switch element (Q1).

    摘要: The object of the invention is to provide a coding/decoding method in which degradation of sound quality perceptible by the listener does not occur at an low bit rate. A shift number calculation section of a decoding device divides a frequency domain into at least two sub-bands, and approximates each of normalized transform coefficients in the sub-band whose allocated bit value is less than a predetermined threshold using a quantized value of the transform coefficient in a predetermined sub-band other than the sub-band so as to obtain information concerning the approximation, and a multiplexer multiplexes the information and another signal and transmits them. A de-multiplexer of a decoding device separates the code of information concerning the approximation, and a shift number restore section restores the information based thereon. An approximation coefficient calculation section assigns, based on the information concerning the approximation, the transform coefficient values in the predetermined sub-band to the normalized transform coefficients whose allocated bit value is less than the predetermined threshold.

Further, the indicating instrument system of the present invention indicates a cylindrical lens for converting beam from a point light source to a substantially linear beam; first and second reflecting plates for dividing the substantially linear beam into divided beam; and third and fourth reflecting plates for reflecting the divided beams each to a dial as a pointer indicating the graduations on the dial to a plurality of pointer forming portions.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a display apparatus which can display information well and does not compromise the feel of a helmet in which the display apparatus is incorporated. The helmet has a front opening formed therein and has a transparent shield mounted thereon so as to cover the front opening. The display apparatus incorporates a display unit disposed on the inner side of the helmet for displaying information thereon. Display light from the display unit is reflected toward a visual point position by an inner face of the shield so that an observer visually observes a virtual image of the display information of the display unit from within the helmet through the shield. The display unit is disposed on the inner side of a chin portion of the helmet so as to not to create any obstruction to the observer.
