摘要: The invention concerns a method for the automatic analysis and determination of the amount or concentration of a specific component of a fluid in a metal-depositing bath, particularly a gold bath, wherein the fluid has several components. A quantity of bath fluid is taken from the bath in a first step. This quantity of fluid is diluted in a second step, in a third step a reaction agent and a solvent are added to a measured fractional amount of the quantity of diluted fluid during constant stirring, and, in a final step, a quantity of solvent-reaction agent mixture is conveyed to a measuring cuvette of a colorimeter and the concentration of the specific bath component is determined by means of colorimetric measurement. In addition, the invention concerns an apparatus for performing the above described method.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a textured metal strip. In order to be able to implement a method of this type in a comparatively simple manner and thus cost-effectively, a metal layer (4) is galvanically produced on a textured substrate (1) having electrical conductivity, and the metal layer (4), while producing the textured strip (4a), is removed from the substrate (1).

摘要: Disclosed are a method and a device for filling material separations on the surface. In methods known in prior art, which are used for filling material separations, the substrate is often influenced in a negative manner by high processing temperatures and dissimilar additives. The inventive method overcomes said disadvantage, taking place at low temperatures and allowing the material separation to be completely filled without using dissimilar substances.

摘要: The invention relates to an electrolysis bath for electrodepositing silver-tin alloys that, in addition to water serving as a solvent with a pH value of less than 1.5, contains a water-soluble silver compound, a water-soluble tin compound and an organic complexing agent. In order to obtain a stable electrolysis bath that enables the homogenous deposition of a compact tin-silver alloy with any type of composition, an aliphatic complexing agent having a sulfide group and an amino group is used as a complexing agent, whereby the functional groups are bound to different carbon atoms.
