摘要: A communication device for an industrial communication network which can be operated in a redundant manner comprises a first and a second transmitting and receiving unit that transmit data packets in a bumpy or bumpless manner inside the industrial communication network and are selectively changeable over to a bumpy or bumpless transmission mode. An evaluation unit is connected to the first and/or second transmitting and receiving unit(s) and detects data packets to be transmitted in the bumpy or bumpless manner inside the industrial communication network. Redundancy handling and filter units for received redundant data packets are deactivated when a data packet to be transmitted in the bumpy manner is detected. A memory unit is assigned to the first and/or second transmitting and receiving unit(s) and buffers at least one data packet to be transmitted in the bumpy manner during a predefined period of time in the bumpy transmission mode.

摘要: A lighting device (100) includes a housing (104), a light converter (136), one or more light sources (132), and one or more optical waveguides (160). The housing includes a light exit (124) for outputting a combination of primary light (140) and secondary light (156,158). The light source emits a primary light beam of a primary wavelength. The optical waveguide includes an input end (162) optically coupled to the light source, and an output end (164) facing a housing interior (108) and positioned at an angle to an axial direction through the housing interior. The optical waveguide directs the primary light beam from the light source, through the housing interior and toward a luminescent material of the light converter. The luminescent material emits secondary light of one or more wavelengths different from the primary wavelength in response to excitation by the primary light beam. The light source may be mounted outside the housing interior so as not to obstruct light propagation.

摘要: A production complex is used for producing nano-particles of metal from volatile moieties like metal carbonyls in a flow through reactor. The carbonyls are fed into the reactor through a first feeder, which is a moiety feeder. The moiety, a mixture of metal carbonyl and a bearer fluid, is entering the reactor in a vaporized state. Decomposition of carbonyls is carried out by controlled ambient temperature within the reactor, which is provided by means of a heated inert gas through a heating feed line of the production complex into a second feeder of the reactor, when the production complex is in an operational state. Gases like nitrogen are heated up in units of the production complex as heating feed. The gas supply unit in pre-operational state is used to provide inert gas for cleaning a carbonyl feed line in order to improve the quality of nano-particles of metal produced.
