摘要： A semiconductor component and a method of manufacturing the semiconductor component that reduces parasitic elements. A semiconductor chip is coupled to a semiconductor chip receiving area of a support structure. The semiconductor chip has at least two power semiconductor devices. A drain contact of a first power semiconductor device is coupled to a source contact of a second power semiconductor device and the drain and source contacts of the first and second power semiconductor devices are joined to the semiconductor chip receiving area. Another semiconductor chip may be bonded to a second semiconductor chip receiving area of the support structure. An energy storage element may be coupled between the source contact of the first power semiconductor device and the drain contact of the second semiconductor device. A protective structure may be formed over the semiconductor chips and the energy storage element.

摘要： Systems and methods are disclosed for detecting security threats in a network environment. A canine detection unit may initially inspect items at a screening location. A local workstation is used to further inspect the items that are identified as raising potential security concerns. Requests for assistance are submitted to remote experts for assistance with resolving the potential security concerns. One or more servers receive the requests over a network and retrieve dialing plans associated with the origins of the requests. The one or more servers utilize the dialing plans to route the requests to expert groups assigned to dialing plans. In response to the requests being accepted by remote expert devices in one of the expert groups, the one or more servers establish connections between the local workstations and the remote expert devices that accept the requests.

摘要： A cab extender assembly (200) for selectively manipulating an aerodynamic drag of a vehicle (100) is provided. The cab extender assembly includes a dynamic cab extender (206a) and a control system (208) coupled to the dynamic cab extender. The control system is adapted to selectively position the dynamic cab extender between a stowed position, a deployed position in which the dynamic cab extender is substantially aligned with a side of the vehicle, and a braking position in which the dynamic cab extender is at least partially disposed into an airstream passing along the side of the vehicle to increase a drag coefficient of the vehicle. The cab extender assembly may also include a fixed cab extender (204a) substantially aligned with the dynamic cab extender when the dynamic cab extender is in the deployed position. A method of operating a cab extender assembly is also disclosed.

The compressed video data is transmitted from the mobile computing device to a remote computing system.

The device comprises a clear plastic tube, manufactured to the precise length required to achieve 1:2, or other desired close-up ratio, focusing for a given camera. The plastic tube is provided with a step-up ring at one end to provide a means for threaded attachment to the camera lens. The device is then screwed onto the lens of a camera to take close range photos.

摘要： Embodiments of the present invention describe a system and method for microprocessor power regulation. An appropriate amount of voltage is provided to a microprocessor based on a voltage identifier (VID) received by a voltage controller from the microprocessor via a serial communication line. A voltage identifier clock signal (VIDClock) is used for the timing of transmission and receipt of data/acknowledgement signals. A guard clock signal (VIDGuard) is provided via a separate guard clock line to prevent potential noise on the clock line from causing a clock signal misidentification, which could cause a wrong value to be received as the VID. VIDGuard is analyzed in relation to ViDClock to verify the value of the clock signal. To verify receipt of the VID data, a voltage identifier acknowledgement line (VIDAck) is transmitted from the voltage regulator to the microprocessor. The acknowledgement signal is checked by a two-part receipt verification, high-to-low and low-to-high.
