    摘要: Disclosed is a monolayer touch screen, which comprises: a transparent cover glass; a transparent emboss adhesive layer coated on a surface of the transparent cover glass, wherein the transparent emboss adhesive layer has multiple grooves that are located at non-visible region; a metallic mesh layer embedded in the transparent emboss adhesive layer, and the metallic mesh layer are located at a visible region; a hairline finishing layer deposited on the surface of the multiple grooves; and an ink layer coated on the hairline finishing layer. Hairline finishing layer of such monolayer touch screen deposits directly on the surface of multiple grooves of transparent emboss adhesive layer, compared to the traditional touch screen, such monolayer touch screen is thinner and has a hairline finishing effect. Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing the monolayer touch screen.

    摘要: A flexible circuit connecting device is disclosed, including a base layer having a first surface and a second surface, and conductive traces having a grid-like structure and formed on the first surface and/or the second surface. The conductive traces of the above flexible circuit connecting device are nearly aligned with the base layer, and thus the probability of damage under a stress is reduced. Designed to be a grid-like structure, the conductive traces become more transparent, while satisfying a function of a connector. Besides, the above flexible circuit connecting device has a high density circuit trace, so that the size of the connector can be reduced and the interior space of the electronic components can be saved. In a manufacture process of the above flexible circuit connecting device, the manufacture process can be simplified, manufacture efficiency and production yield can be improved, and manufacture cost can be efficiently reduced.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a double-layer touch screen, comprising: a transparent cover glass; a first transparent embossed adhesive layer; a first conductive layer embedded in the first transparent embossed adhesive layer and including a plurality of first conductive strips extending along a first direction, the first conductive strip is formed by intersection of conductive wires; a second transparent embossed adhesive layer; a second conductive layer embedded in the second transparent embossed adhesive layer and including a plurality of second conductive strips extending along a second direction, wherein the second conductive strip is formed by intersection of conductive wires; and a transmission reinforcement layer. The double-layer touch screen uses the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer to replace ITO layer used in conventional touch screen. This type of double-layer touch screen can ensure light transmittance and conductivity and reduce cost due to the cheaper material, without additional etching technique.

    摘要: The present invention provides a conductive film that includes a substrate, a first matrix layer, a first conductive layer, a second matrix layer, a second conductive layer, a light-shielding layer, a first lead electrode and a second lead electrode. A first grid groove and a second grid groove are formed in the first matrix layer and the second matrix layer, respectively, and the first grid groove and the second grid groove are filled with conductive materials, to form the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, respectively. Accordingly, the first matrix layer and the second matrix layer may provide protection for the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, and thus can improve the production yield.
