摘要： Electrostatic chucks and methods of manufacturing the same are provided herein. In some embodiments, an electrostatic chuck comprises an electrically conductive body having one or more channels formed in an upper surface thereof; a plate positioned within the one or more channels to define one or more plenums between the body and the plate, wherein the surfaces of the plenum are anodized; one or more fluid passages disposed in the plate and fluidly coupling the one or more plenums to the upper surface of the body, wherein the surfaces of the fluid passages are electrically insulated; and a dielectric layer disposed over the upper surface of the body and the plate, wherein the dielectric layer forms a support surface for a substrate to be disposed thereon.

The liquid crystal display device includes a liquid crystal display panel having liquid crystal cells at crossings of data lines and gate lines, data integrated circuit supplying pixel data via a plurality of data output channels, a gate integrated circuit driving the gate lines, a channel selector for selecting the plurality of data output channels of the data integrated circuits in accordance with a number of the data lines wherein only the selected data output channels contain the pixel data, and a timing controller for controlling the data integrated circuit and the gate integrated circuit.

摘要： A Positron Emission Tomography (PET)-Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) convergence system may be provided that includes: a magnet bore having a cylindrical shape, an outer wall and an inner wall; a gradient coil disposed to contact with the inner wall of the magnet bore; a body coil which is disposed to contact with the inner wall of the gradient coil, emits an RF pulse signal, and has a first through-hole formed therein; and an MRI RF receiving coil detecting MRI data corresponding to the RF pulse signal. The PET detector includes a second through-hole formed therein and contacts with one end of the body coil such that the first through-hole is connected to the second through-hole. The examinee transporter is transportable through the first through-hole and the second through-hole.

In the inverter of the liquid crystal display, a burst dimming signal generator receives a triangular-wave signal and a power voltage for burst dimming to generate a burst dimming signal. An analog dimming voltage generator receives the power voltage for burst dimming to generate an analog dimming voltage. And a main controller receives the burst dimming signal and the analog dimming voltage to generate a pulse width modulating signal which is used for generating a driving current of a backlight assembly.
