摘要： A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor module and a pressing member configured to press the semiconductor module to a heat radiation member. The semiconductor module includes switching elements, conductors, and a molded member. Each of the switching elements is mounted on a corresponding one of the conductors. The molded member covers the switching elements and the conductors. More than three of the switching elements are disposed around the pressing member. The switching elements are disposed in a region in which a pressure generated between the semiconductor module and the heat radiation member by pressing with the pressing member is greater than or equal to a predetermined pressure with which heat generated from the switching elements is releasable from the semiconductor module to the heat radiation member.

摘要： In cordless telephone system where any of a base unit and portable units did not respond to an incoming call, LEDs of the base unit and the portable units are respectively set in a blinking state. In the case where the base unit responded to the incoming call, the LEDs of the base unit and the portable unit which is set to a common mode are respectively switched off state, and the LED of the portable unit which is set to a separate mode is switched off. Stroke feeling results from this movement. Further, the aforementioned magnetic attractive force abruptly reduces in an initial period of this movement, and an operator of the push button (32) can attain click feeling. Since the stroke feeling and the click feeling are caused in the operation of the push button (32), operability is improved while making the best use of such an advantage that the touch panel (4) is of a thin type.

摘要： An analog transmission system for transmitting a multi-channel analog signal including plural carrier signals having different frequencies, comprises: a laser unit responsive to the multi-channel analog signal for emitting laser light signal intensity-modulated by the multi-channel analog signal, the laser unit having an oscillation wavelength W1; an optical fiber amplifier for amplifying the laser light signal with a peak gain at a wavelength W2; an optical fiber for transmitting the amplified laser light; and an optical receiver for receiving the transmitted laser light and for converting the received laser light into an electric signal as an output. In this system, a total distortion characteristic of the laser unit is compensated by distortions developed in the optical fiber amplifier.

The wide section has a first side and a second side opposite to the first side in the second direction. A distance between the first side of the wide section and a low-potential side conductor is shorter than a distance between the second side of the wide section and the low-potential side conductor. The narrow section extends from a portion of the wide section closer to the first side than the second side.

Flow directions of electric current in the neighboring terminals are opposite to each other, so that inductance of inverter circuits can be decreased.
