摘要: A system for supplying power to automotive parts having a rotary component in which a pair of circular coils are disposed in opposition to each other around a rotary shaft of a rotor. One coil is fixed on rotor side, and the other coil is fixed on stator side, thereby forming a DC/DC converter. The rate of magnetic coupling between the coils is constant against the rotation of the coil on rotor side so that stable power is supplied efficiently to devices on rotor side in contactless fashion.

摘要: A navigation system for displaying, on a display screen, road map information and running traces of a car superimposed thereon comprises a cathode ray tube for displaying the road map information and information regarding the car running traces and the like, bearing sensors for detecting a running direction of the car, a detector for detecting a running distance of the car by detecting a revolution of the car wheel, and a controller receiving outputs from the bearing sensors and the running distance detector, for computing a current position of the car and selecting road map information corresponding to the current position for display thereof on the cathode ray tube. The controller sets specified circular areas centered on respective crossings on the road map information, detects arrival of the car at an entrance to a specified area, determines an angular difference between an approaching running direction of the car and a destination bearing at the entrance, and gives, on the basis of the determined angular difference, a voice instruction for running of the car at the crossing to the driver.

摘要: A navigation apparatus mounted on a vehicle comprises a distance sensor sensing the travelled distance of the vehicle, a direction sensor sensing the advancing direction of the vehicle, an information storage unit storing map data, a signal processor computing the present position of the vehicle on the basis of the output signals from the distance sensor and direction sensor for displaying the computed present position of the vehicle on a color cathode-ray tube together with a map read out from the information storage unit. In the navigation apparatus, the map data are provided by position coordinate information or font information of division points dividing a road map into sections that can be linearly interpolated.

摘要: A microwave alcohol fuel sensor comprises a microwave oscillator, a microwave receiver, and a microwave transmission circuit connected to the oscillator and the receiver. The microwave transmission circuit comprises a dielectric substrate and, a strip line mounted on the substrate so that microwaves leak from the substrate to an alcohol gasoline fuel, and the microwaves attenuate by alcohol dielectric loss, whereby output voltage from the receiver corresponds to alcohol content rate. The dielectric substrate is formed tubular so that a constant amount of the fuel is fed the sensor.

An extreme ultraviolet light source device includes a droplet generation device 110 that outputs target material droplets 101 towards a predetermined plasma emission point 103; a charging device 130 that charges the target material droplets 101; a trajectory correction device 140 that generates a force field in the trajectory to correct the travel direction of the charged target material droplets 101a so that the charged target material droplets 101a travel towards the plasma emission point 103; and a laser light source 150 that irradiates, at the plasma emission point 103, a laser beam onto the charged target material to generate plasma thereby.

摘要: In an LPP type EUV light source apparatus, the intensity of radiated EUV light is stabilized by improving the positional stability of droplets. The extreme ultra violet light source apparatus includes: a chamber in which extreme ultra violet light is generated; a target supply division including a target tank for storing a target material therein and an injection nozzle for injecting the target material in a jet form, for supplying the target material into the chamber; a charging electrode applied with a direct-current voltage between the target tank and itself, for charging droplets when the target material in the jet form injected from the injection nozzle is broken up into the droplets; a laser for applying a laser beam to the droplets of the target material to generate plasma; and a collector mirror for collecting extreme ultra violet light radiated from the plasma to output the extreme ultra violet light.

The EUV light source apparatus includes: a chamber in which extreme ultraviolet light is generated; a target supply unit for supplying a target material into the chamber; a plasma generation laser unit for irradiating the target material within the chamber with a plasma generation laser beam to generate plasma; an ionization laser unit for irradiating neutral particles produced at plasma generation with an ionization laser beam to convert the neutral particles into ions; a collector mirror for collecting the extreme ultraviolet light radiated from the plasma; and a magnetic field or electric field forming unit for forming a magnetic field or an electric field within the chamber so as to trap the ions.

摘要: An extreme ultraviolet light source apparatus provided with a magnetic field forming unit having sufficient capability of protection against ions radiated from plasma while using a relatively small magnetic source. The apparatus includes: a target nozzle for injecting a target material; a driver laser for applying a laser beam to the target material to generate plasma; a collector mirror for collecting extreme ultraviolet light radiated from the plasma; and a magnetic field forming unit including at least one magnetic source and at least one magnetic material having two leading end parts projecting from the at least one magnetic source to face each other with a plasma emission point in between, and forming a magnetic field between a trajectory of the target material and the collector mirror.
