    摘要： An ink transfer material for printers which comprises a biaxially oriented polyester film and a transfer ink layer deposited on one side of the polyester film, the biaxially oriented polyester film having a thickness in the range of 1 to 15.mu., an F-5 value in the longitudinal direction in the range of 11 to 16 kg/mm.sup.2, a refractive index in each of the longitudinal and lateral directions in the range of 1.650 to 1.675, and a birefringence of not more than 0.02, and the rough surface having a center line average height thereof in the range of 0.02 to 1.mu. and a maximum height in the range of 0.2 to 10.mu.. This ink transfer material has no disadvantage such as longitudinal tear, plastic deformation, or thermal shrinkage. Thus, it is highly useful in thermal transfer printers and impact printers.

    摘要： A face portion of an input image, an example of a predetermined structure, is applied to a mathematical model by the image recovery/addition section to recover a missing element of the face portion in the input image. The mathematical model is generated by a predetermined statistical method, such as the AAM scheme or the like, based on a plurality of sample images representing the face portion including the recovery target element. Thereafter, the face portion is reconstructed to include the missing element based on the parameter corresponding to the face portion obtained by applying the face portion to the model, and the face portion of the input image is replaced by the reconstructed face portion to produce a restored image by the image reconstruction section.

It includes (A)(1) hydrolysates of silane compounds containing at least one epoxy group and not less than two alkoxy groups which are directly bonded to Si atom in the molecule, and, if necessary, (2) compounds containing silanol and/or siloxane groups in the molecule, and/or epoxy compounds; (B) fine silica particles having an average diameter of from about 1 to about 100 m.mu.; and (C) an aluminum chelate compound having the general formula AlX.sub.n Y.sub.3-n, where X is OL (and L represents a lower alkyl group), Y represents one or more ligands produced from a compound selected from the group consisting of M.sup.1 COCH.sub.2 COM.sup.2 and M.sup.3 COCH.sub.2 COOM.sup.4 where all of M.sup.1, M.sup.2, M.sup.3 and M.sup.4 are lower alkyl groups, and wherein n is an integer comprising 0, 1 or 2.This invention also concerns an article, preferably plastic, coated with said coating composition and having a hard and tintable, scratch-resistant film, which is formed by heating and curing.
