摘要： A relay terminal bolt is mounted to a positive-side heat sink such that a head portion thereof is in a state of close surface contact with a first surface of the positive-side heat sink and an external screw thread portion projects outward from a second surface of the positive-side heat sink. An output terminal is secured by placing a mounting portion in a state of surface contact with a flange portion and fastening it with a nut screwed onto the external screw thread portion. In addition, a wiring harness terminal is securely fastened to a coupling seat in a state of surface contact with a nut screwed onto the external screw thread portion.

摘要： The present invention is a rotor for a vehicle a.c. generator which increases the operational life of the a.c. generator. The rotor, in the present invention for a vehicular a.c. generator includes a bobbin having a rotor coil for generating a magnetic field wound thereon and including fixing portions for supporting lead wires of the rotor coil; a pair of rotor cores for sandwiching the rotor coil and the bobbin therebetween; slip rings having terminals to be connected to the lead wires; grooves formed in the rotor core for housing the lead wires, the lead wires extending between the fixing portions and the terminals; and a rear fan provided so as to cover the grooves. The fixing portion, the terminal and the groove for each of the lead wires are provided so as to be substantially aligned, and the groove has an inward portion near an inner periphery of the rotor formed in a greater width than an outward portion near an outer periphery of the rotor.

摘要： An on-vehicle AC generator that comprises a rotor; and a stator including a cylindrical stator iron core in which a plurality of slots extending in axial direction of a shaft are formed to be circumferentially aligned, and which is fitted to and supported in a case to contain the rotor therein, and a stator winding wound about the slot of the stator iron core, and which possesses a high rigidity to secure no deformation by force applied at the time of being fitted to the case. An insulating resin having adhesive properties is applied to an entire surface of the coil end portions. A corner portion formed by outer circumferential surface of the bottom of the coil end portions and an end face in axial direction of the stator iron core is also filled with the adhesive insulating resin.

摘要： A vehicular starting and charging rotary electric machine includes a rotor, a stator, brackets, a brush, and a rotation detection sensor. The rotor has a field winding. The stator has a stator winding. The brackets supports the rotor and the stator. One end of the brush is brought into contact with the rotor to supply field current to the field winding of the rotor. The rotation detecting sensor is arranged coaxially with a rotating shaft of the rotor, for detecting a state of the rotor and functioning as a motor or a generator. The magnetic pole position detecting sensor is integrally fixed to the bracket.

摘要： A method for varnish application to a dynamoelectric stator is disclosed. The method includes a varnish treatment process and application by preheating the stator; adjusting a viscosity of the varnish; dripping the varnish onto a coil end of the stator from radially outside the stator while rotating the preheated stator around a central axis; and hardening the varnish dripped onto the coil end by heating the stator. The varnish viscosity is adjusted so that said varnish dripped onto said coil end passes through the coil end from radially outside to radially inside, and the varnish is dripped onto said coil end along a direction which is perpendicular to the central axis of the collective coils.

摘要： A method of joining terminals by soldering is provided which allows control of increasing gas supply even in soldering performed in a gas atmosphere within a gas chamber. Utilizing a springback phenomenon occurring at a flat portion of a terminal, a solder joint of the terminal is immersed in molten solder. Then, laser soldering is performed using a gas chamber made of a material which transmits a laser beam at least in part.

摘要： After respective one ends of lead wires are fixed to a printed circuit board, the lead wires are bent, the printed circuit board is brought into a case and the other ends of the lead wires are bonded to terminals of the case. Since the lead wires are processed before the substrate is brought into the case, this eliminates the necessity to perform formation of the bent portions of the lead wires and fixing of the lead wires to the substrate in a narrow space of the case and allows simplification of bonding operation. Thus provided is a lead wire bonding method for bonding lead wires with bent portions to the substrate, which simplifies a bonding operation.
