The device further includes: a third surface electrode (104), a reflection layer (105) and a third pixel electrode (108) located in reflective regions (B); the third surface electrode (104), the reflection layer (105) and the third pixel electrode (108) are located between the first substrate (102) and the liquid crystal layer (110).
