    摘要: Provided is a dielectric paste containing glass powder, lead perovskite compound dielectric powder and organic vehicle, wherein the glass powder has a composition represented by xBi.sub.2 O.sub.3 --yPbO--zSiO.sub.2 where x+y+z is 100 mol parts and the values of x, y and z are on lines or within a region enclosed by lines passing through five points A(25, 5, 70), B(10, 20, 70), C(10, 60, 30), D(35, 60, 5) and E(90, 5, 5) on a ternary diagram. The dielectric paste allows a minute dielectric film to be formed by sintering at a low temperature below 870.degree. C.

    摘要: A dielectric paste used for fabrication of a capacitor which permits manufacture of a small-sized ceramic oscillator by being incorporated in the oscillator. The dielectric paste comprises powdered glass, dielectric powder, and an organic vehicle. The dielectric powder is a lead-based perovskite compound. The powdered glass includes a main component given by xSiO.sub.2 --yB.sub.2 O.sub.3 --zPbO (where x, y, and z are expressed in mole percent). The x, y, and z lie within a region defined by connecting points A (x=70, y=0, and z=30), B (x=70, y=15, and z=15), C (x=10, y=75, and z=15), and D (x=10, y=0, and z=90). Preferably, at least one member selected from the group consisting of Al.sub.2 O.sub.3, CaO, TiO.sub.2, ZrO.sub.2, BaO and MgO is used as an additive. Preferably, glass frit accounts for about 35-95% by weight of the mixture of the powdered glass and the dielectric powder, and the dielectric powder accounts for about 5-65% by weight.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a glass composition having a dielectric constant for high-frequency circuits which comprises SiO.sub.2 and at least one of B.sub.2 O.sub.3 or K.sub.2 O in a ratio falling within the region enclosed by lines passing through point A (65, 35, 0), point B (65, 20, 15), point C (85, 0, 15), and point D (85, 15, 0) in a composition diagram for the ternary system of SiO.sub.2, B.sub.2 O.sub.3 and K.sub.2 O. The glass composition may have incorporated with a small amount of clarifying so as to lower the melting temperature and glass softening point. As an insulating material, it is particularly suitable for high-frequency circuits in compact and fast electronic machines and equipment.

The composition can be baked along with a multi-layered ceramic substrate (especially, a low-temperature-sintering, multi-layered ceramic substrate) to be integrated with Cu or the like electrodes, thereby forming built-in resistors with good characteristics within the substrate. The nitrides are preferably NbN, TaN and Cr.sub.2 N.
