    摘要: A circuit for driving a switching transistor which includes a driving pulse transformer having a primary winding to which a switching pulse is applied, a secondary winding connected to the base and the emitter of the switching transistor to turn on the switching transistor by the switching pulse applied to the primary winding, and a third winding. The third winding is connected to the emitter or the collector of the switching transistor so that the current flowing through the switching transistor of the on-condition flows through the third winding and induces a current on the secondary winding which is inverse to a current induced on the secondary winding by the switching pulse applied to the primary winding. The base-storaged carrier is rapidly drawn out after lapse of the switching pulse so that power dissipation is considerably reduced and high speed switching operation can be effected.

    摘要: A multi-output-type stabilized DC power supply device using separately-exciting switching regulators which includes a single pulse generator. The output of the single pulse generator drives a DC-AC inverter and a plurality of pulse signals are obtained on a plurality of secondary windings of the DC-AC inverter. The pulse signals are distributed to respective pulse-width modulators of the switching regulators and are modulated thereat by respective error signals. The DC power of each pulse-width modulator is obtained by rectifying the pulse signal applied thereto.

    摘要: Maximum and minimum aperture sizes are regulated with regard to a diaphragm in order to secure predetermined optical capability in an optical unit which includes a taking lens and the diaphragm. In normal taking, the diaphragm is used within a normal taking range from the maximum to the minimum aperture sizes. In the present invention, an aperture size which is larger than the maximum size and a size which is smaller than the minimum size (extra aperture size or extra small size) are respectively set at outside the range that secures the capability. The aperture sizes of the diaphragm at outside the specified range are used at least for one of the following: automatic exposure (AE) adjustment, auto focus (AF) adjustment, electronic zoom, displaying a moving image, taking for recording the moving image, and taking under a low resolution by thinning out pixels.

    摘要: In an electronic still camera, an aperture plate having a number of different apertures and shading portions is provided. When picking up an image, one of the apertures that is selected depending on a light measurement value is inserted in an exposure light path to start exposure of a solid state imaging device simultaneously with the start of a charge storage time thereof. After the charge storage time, the aperture plate is moved by a driving device to insert one of the shading portions in the exposure light path in place of the aperture so as to shade the solid state imaging device.
