摘要: The present invention relates to a non-coating thermoplastic resin composition, a method for manufacturing a molded article by using the same, and a molded article manufactured by the same. More specifically, the present invention is characterized by providing the thermoplastic resin composition which contains polycarbonate, polysiloxane-polycarbonate copolymer, polyester, master-batched carbon black, and additives in specific contents and the molded article, which has excellent chemical resistance, mechanical properties, light resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and low glossiness, manufactured by using the same.

摘要: Disclosed is a coating material for a coating layer of an injection mold, the coating material including 100 parts by weight of a resin composition and about 30 to 40 parts by weight of a curing agent. The resin composition includes an amount of about 40 to 50 wt % of a first acrylic resin, an amount of about 5 to 15 wt % of a second acrylic resin having a weight average molecular weight less than a weight average molecular weight of the first acrylic resin, an amount of about 10 to 15 wt % of a carbon component, an amount of about 0.5 to 2 wt % of a matting agent, an amount of about 0.1 to 0.3 wt % of a catalyst and an amount of about 20 to 35 wt % of a solvent, all the wt % are based on the total weight of the resin composition.

The composition may include an amount of about 50 to 80 wt % of a polypropylene resin having a Polydispersity Index (PI) of about 4.5 to 6.5, a weight average molecular weight of about 200,000 to 350,000 g/mol, and an isotactic peptide fraction of about 96% or greater as measured by a C13-NMR method, an amount of about 1 to 30 wt % of rubber having a melt index of about 1 to 6 g/10 min (230° C., 2.16 Kg), an amount of about 11 to 30 wt % of an inorganic filler composed of a mixture of an amount of about 10 to 20 wt % of talc and an amount of about 1 to 10 wt % of whisker, and an amount of about 1 to 5 wt % of an anti-scratch agent, all the wt % are based on the total weight of the polypropylene resin composition.

In particular, the adhesive composition may be eco-friendly because smell and VOC generation from the organic solvent are reduced by adding a water-dilutable polyurethane resin having a hydroxyl group to a waterborne polyurethane resin, thereby improving properties such as elastic recoverability and scratch resistance while satisfying conventional properties.

摘要: Disclosed are a resin composition and a molded article using the same. The resin composition may be obtained by mixing a thermoplastic vulcanizate and a polyethylene resin with a thermoplastic olefin resin, a polypropylene resin, an inorganic filler and a thermoplastic rubber, and in particular, the thermoplastic vulcanizate and the polyethylene resin may be obtained from biologically obtainable materials (biomass). Thus, the resin composition may be environmentally-friendly because it does not emit offensive odor of harmful compounds due to decreased generation of carbon dioxide and volatile organic compounds unlike petroleum-based materials. Further, superior mechanical properties such as elongation, hardness, strength, etc. that cannot be achieved only with conventional biodegradable resin may be ensured, and, at the same time, processability and moldability may be improved.
