Abstract: A light source assembly is provided, including a substrate; a light-emitting element disposed on the substrate; and an optical film at least partially overlapped with the substrate. A diffuser film is at least partially overlapped with the optical film, wherein a haze of the diffuser film is greater than 85%, and a thickness of the diffuser film ranges from 0.04 mm to 0.35 mm. The optical film and the diffuser film are capable of transmitting at least a part of light emitted from the light-emitting element.

Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate; a display medium layer disposed on the substrate; and a polarizer having a first film, a second film and a third film sequentially laminated on the display medium layer. The second film connects to the first film. The third film connects to the second film. A first bottom surface of the first film has a first edge. A second bottom surface of the second film has a second edge. A third bottom surface of the third film has a third edge. A first minimum distance exists between projections of the first edge and the second edge on the substrate in a first direction perpendicular to a normal direction of the substrate, and a second minimum distance exists between the second edge and the third edge on the substrate in the first direction. The first minimum distance is different from the second minimum distance.

Abstract: A display device is provided. The display device includes a substrate and a light-emitting diode. The light-emitting diode includes first and second conductive-type semiconductor layers and a light-emitting layer. The second conductive-type semiconductor layer is adjacent to the substrate. The first conductive-type semiconductor layer includes a bulk portion and a reflection layer disposed over a side of the bulk portion. The bulk portion has a first surface away from the light-emitting layer and a second surface adjacent to the light-emitting layer. The second conductive-type semiconductor layer has a third surface adjacent to the light-emitting layer and a fourth surface away from the light-emitting layer. There is a specific relationship between the width of the first surface, the width of the light-emitting layer, the distance from the first surface to the fourth surface, and the distance from the first surface to the light-emitting layer.

Abstract: A display device and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The display device includes a backlight module, a display panel, and a decorative film. The backlight module includes: a reflective layer disposed on the decorative film; a light guide plate disposed on the reflective layer, a set of optical films including a first diffusion layer, and at least one refractive layer. The light guide plate has a first surface facing the reflective layer and a second surface opposite to the first surface, and the first diffusion layer is disposed on the second surface. At least one refractive layer is disposed on at least one of the first surface and the second surface, wherein a refractive index of the refractive layer is between 1.15 and 1.45. The display panel is disposed on one side of the set of optical films far away from the light guide plate.
