    摘要: In a cluster system comprising at least two nodes connected via a communication network and having a name and a host weight assigned to it, a method is implemented comprising the steps of inspecting the communication link, determining which node has to be shut down after a failure, creating an advertisement report for the node to be shut down, sending the advertisement report to at least one node of the cluster system, calculating a delay time depending on the weight of the first node and sending the shut down command to the node for which a failure report was received. In one embodiment of the invention the advertisement reports include a master node, which allows identifying and specifying the surviving subcluster. The method will send shut down signals to those nodes of a subcluster with lower weight than the surviving subcluster. A failsafe mechanism is implemented.

A user is instructed to conduct calibration measurement operations using a calibration sample having a calibration surface to obtain calibration surface topography data for the calibration sample. The reference calibrator has a surface topography data processor and a mean surface calculator for calculating mean surface topography data using the processed calibration surface topography data accepted by the user to provide reference surface features data. First stored information for a service processor is retrieved from a first memory in the first service processor. The first stored information is compared with the second stored information to form a comparison as to whether the service processor was previously connected to the data processing system and to determine whether the service processor was a last service processor to fully communicate with system firmware in the data processing system.     摘要: A method of precisely mounting a closure on a vehicle body so that the appearance features of the closure and the body are precisely mated when the closure is closed comprises the steps of attaching a first hinge link to the closure, making a net hole in the second hinge link at a precise location relative a certain appearance feature of the closure, and then installing a fastener between the net hole of the second hinge link and a mating net hole previously provided in the body at a precise location relative a certain appearance feature of the body. More particularly, a door hinge link is mounted on a transverse door surface at a location which establishes the hinge axis at a precise dimension transversely of the door outer surface and establishes the hinge at a precise location vertically from the top and bottom edges of the door. While the hinge is held at a simulated closed position, a net hole is pierced in the second hinge link at a precise longitudinal position relative the trailing and leading door edges and a precise vertical position relative the top and bottom edges of the door. An anchor plate having a same size net hole as the second hinge link pierced net hole is attached to the body hinge pillar at a precise distance in the longitudinal and vertical directions relative the door opening edges so that alignment of the net holes by installation of a bolt therethrough establishes a precise door mounting location in which the adjacent edges, surfaces and feature lines of the body and the door are precisely aligned and spaced relative one another.
