    摘要: In one aspect, the invention provides a fluorochemical composition comprising a mixture of: a fluorochemical selected from the formula: wherein RF is a fluorinated group having the formula: Rf—W—, wherein Rf is a perfluoroalkyl or perfluoropolyether group and W is a divalent linking group; PI is a monovalent pendant organic moiety comprising benzophenone, substituted benzophenone, acetophenone, or substituted acetophenone groups; R is H, CH3, or F; Rh is lower alkyl selected from the group consisting of linear or branched alkyl groups having from 1 to about 8 carbon atoms, cycloalky containing alkyl groups having from 4 to about 8 carbon atoms, and cycloalkyl groups having from 3 to about 8 carbon atoms, all optionally containing catenated O or N atoms; m is at least 2; n is at least 1; q is zero or greater; and a hydrofluoroether.

    摘要: A hard coating composition for use as a stain repellent single layer on an optical display. The coating composition adds a monomer of a mono or multi(methyl)acrylate bearing at least one monovalent hexafluoropolypropylene oxide derivative and a free radically reactive compatibilizer consisting of either a fluoroalkyl-group containing acrylate compatibilizer or a fluoroalkylene-group containing acrylate compatibilizer to a conventional hydrocarbon-based hard coat formulation. The resultant coating is substantially smooth and forms a durable surface layer that has low surface energy that is stain and ink repellent.

    摘要: This invention relates to antisoiling compositions for antireflective substrates. More particularly, this invention relates to methods for depositing antisoiling compositions onto antireflective substrates. In particular, this invention relates to a method of depositing an antisoiling composition on an antireflective substrate comprising vaporizing an antisoiling composition and depositing the antisoiling composition onto an antireflective substrate. In another aspect, this invention relates to method of preparing an antireflective film stack comprising depositing an antireflective layer onto the surface of a transparent substrate and vapor depositing an antisoiling layer onto the surface of the antireflective layer. In yet another aspect, this invention relates to a method of depositing an antisoiling composition on an antireflective coated ophthalmic lens comprising vaporizing an antisoiling composition and depositing the antisoiling composition onto an antireflective coated ophthalmic lens.
