摘要： A drive control system for a stepping motor which stores values for the current driving each phase of the motor in data tables. A central processing unit drives the motor in accordance with the current values stored in the data tables. The current values are stored in the data table with corresponding addresses. The current values are read out sequentially from the addresses in the data tables. Each time the address is incremented by 1, the magnitude of the angle of rotation of the motor is set so that it is always the same.

摘要： Continuous fermentation with yeast to produce alcohol is carried out by continuously passing a carbohydrate-containing substrate liquid through a vessel packed with a thin film means having yeast immobilized therein. Surfaces of the thin film means extend in the direction of flow within the vessel to provide elongated parallel passages. The thin film means occupies from 10 to 65% of the volume of the vessel and preferably has a thickness of 0.1 to 3 mm. Preferably, the thin film means is formed by mixing an aqueous yeast suspension with a photo-crosslinkable resin and subjecting the mixture to radiation to photo-crosslink the resin.

摘要： A bonding structure includes a first member, a second member and a bonding member. The first member has a plate shape and is made of a carbon-base material. The first member serves as a heat diffusion member that transfers heat at least in a thickness direction, which is perpendicular to a plane of the plate shape. The second member is bonded to the first member through the bonding member. The first member has a metal thin film at least on an opposed surface that is opposed to the second member. The bonding member is disposed between the opposed surface of the first member and the second member. The bonding member is provided by a sintered body of metal particle. For example, the bonding structure is employed in a cooling unit including a heat source.

The original scanning apparatus includes: a pattern unit that is provided in a vicinity of a side of the rectangular original placing plane extending along a moving direction of the scanning unit; a control unit configured to calculate drive information in the moving direction per line-scanning cycle of the scanning unit based on a result of scanning the pattern unit; and a driving circuit configured to feed back the calculated drive information so as to control the scanning unit to thereby drive the scanning unit in the moving direction.
