摘要: The present invention discloses a method for scheduling users in coordinated scheduling, which is applied in a long term evaluation-advanced system, a coordinated cell determines and stores user pairing information in initial scheduling, and the coordinated cell uses the user pairing information that has been stored to determine a scheduled user in subsequent iterative scheduling. The present invention also discloses a corresponding base station. With the scheduling schemes in the present invention, in intra-cell scheduling, user pairing information is stored in an initial scheduling process and is used in subsequent iterative scheduling without performing multiple user pairing search in the iterative scheduling, which reduces the computation amount in the iterative scheduling and system resources occupied by the iterative scheduling and accelerates the system processing time in a premise of not reducing the system performance, thereby making the performance in the whole domain trend to the optimal.

摘要: A reflection structure for an LED lamp contains: a substrate having an accommodation groove in which a plurality of cavities are defined and configured to accommodate multiple light-emitting diode (LED) chips respectively. The substrate also includes multiple partition ribs fixed in the accommodation groove of the substrate and configured to separate the plurality of cavities. Each of the multiple partition ribs separates any two adjacent of the plurality of cavities. Thereby, light from said each LED chip is reflected by said each partition rib and its radiation flux increases by way of a Nano-reflective material layer of said each partition rib, such that the substrate of the reflection structure protects said LED chip and dissipates heat of said LED chip effectively.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a fluorescent silicone film contains: steps of: A. mixing optical silicone and fluorescent powders so as to produce a mixture, and adding liquid to the mixture; B. vacuuming, degassing and feeding the mixture into an accommodation cavity of a mold; C. placing the mold into a planetary centrifugal mixer so as to centrifuge the mixture; D. forming the fluorescent silicone film in the accommodation cavity; and E. solidifying and removing the fluorescent silicone film from the mold. In the step of A, the optical silicone and the fluorescent powders are mixed at a ratio of 100:10 to 100:25. In the step of B, the accommodation cavity is closed after feeding the mixture. In the step of D, the fluorescent silicone film has a silicone layer and a fluorescent powder layer which are formed in the accommodation cavity in a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) manner.

摘要: Method and apparatus are provided for estimating Time of Arrival (“TOA”). The method includes: performing channel estimation according to a Normal Burst (“NB”) free of interference and a local training sequence and generating a channel estimate, performing TOA estimation according to the channel estimate, and adjusting a synchronization position of the current NB according to a TOA estimation result. Interference to signals is cancelled before the TOA estimation, thus overcoming energy estimate deviation arising from interference in a strongly interfering radio environment, as occurs in the prior art, and preventing the impact on the TOA estimation. The disclosed methods and apparatus provide for more accurate energy estimates in a strongly interfering radio environment. The technical solution under the present invention does not require adjustment of the method of adjusting the search window.

摘要: Various embodiments disclose a colorimetric absorbance measurement method and a system for performing the same. The method comprises driving a reaction tray carrying a plurality of reaction cuvettes to rotate at a speed; transferring or rotating filters on a filter wheel to a light path of a light beam, starting from a filter of a first wavelength; and sampling photoelectric data when the light beam has passed through each reaction cuvette in some embodiments. The method ensures consistency in the measurement and synchronization between the calibration and the sample test and reliability of the measurements. Various embodiments simplify data processing and reduce the complexity of the system.
