摘要: When the number of DUTs carried on a loader buffer and scheduled to be held by contact arms at the next test is less than N, a DUT at a contact arm corresponding to a missing position at the loader buffer among the N number of DUTs being held for execution of a current test is held as it is without being ejected. While holding this DUT, the DUTs carried at the loader buffer for execution of the next test are picked up and the test is executed in that state.

摘要: An image forming device having a developing unit for visualizing an electrostatic latent image formed on an image carrying body by utilizing a developing agent containing toners and carriers which transfers a toner image to a recording medium to obtain a record image. A patch sensor is provided for detecting the image density of the record image, and it controls toner density stabilization control and an adjustment value and bias voltage in the developing unit according to a value detected by the patch sensor and a value of current flowing in the image carrying body from the developing unit. Thereby, an image forming device is provided which performs stable image density control when a problem is caused during processing of a predetermined number of printing pages, even when a deterioration of the image due to an abnormal property change of a developing agent is caused.

摘要: The present invention provides a development apparatus capable of improving the development pole of a plurality of development rolls and the rotation speed thereof, thus obtaining stable printing quality. A first development roll rotatable in the opposite direction to the moving direction of photosensitive body is disposed in the upstream of it, whereas a group of second development rolls are disposed in the down stream, which development rolls are rotatable in the same direction as the moving direction of photoconductive body and have magnets of the same polarity. The first development roll and the photoconductive body define a peripheral speed ratio ranging from 0.5 to 1.5, while allowing the second development roll and the photoconductive body to define a peripheral speed ratio ranging from 0.6 to 1.5. A development control member is provided between the first development roll and the group of second development rolls. A toner density detector is provided in the downstream of the last one of the group of second development rolls which is disposed in the most significant downstream. A cross mixer and a carrier member are also provided under the first development roll and the group of second development rolls.

摘要: In a multi-stage roll magnetic brush type of developing device, at least two opposite direction rotation rolls which rotate in an opposite rotation direction to that of a photosensitive body are arranged adjacently and oppositely to a photosensitive body, and at least one same direction rotation developing roll which rotates in the same rotation direction as that of the photosensitive body is arranged adjacently, oppositely to the photosensitive body and upstream of the opposite direction rotation developing rolls in the rotation direction of the photosensitive body. Thus, the path of carrying the developer by the same direction rotation developing roll and the opposite direction rotation developing rolls can be optimized. In the wide area printing at high speed, an image with stabilized printing quality can be obtained without an increase in the production cost.

摘要: There is disclosed a silver halide photographic light-sensitive material having an excellent interimage effect and gradation property. The light-sensitive comprises at least one light-sensitive layer containing silver bromoiodide emulsion consisting primarily of the twinned grains, wherein in an X-ray diffraction diagram which is obtained by subjecting the silver bromoiodide grains to a (420) X-ray diffraction with a CuK.alpha. ray, an intercept between the intersection points of a maximum peak diagram and a line drawn horizontally at a point of 0.13 times the height of the maximum peak corresponds to not less than 1.5 degree of a diffraction angle (2.theta.).
