    摘要: A room temperature-curing silicone elastomer composition which has excellent workability before curing and forms a silicone elastomer after curing which exhibits low modulus and high elongation. This composition contains a hydroxyl-capped polydiorganosiloxane, a siloxane chain extender of the formulaR.sup.1 (R.sup.2.sub.n R.sup.3.sub.(3-n) SiO)Si(OR.sup.4).sub.2in which R.sup.1, R.sup.2, and R.sup.3 are aliphatic monovalent hydrocarbon groups, R.sup.4 is a hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 8 carbon atoms per group, and n is 0 or 1, an alkoxysilane crosslinker, and a curing catalyst.

    摘要: There is disclosed a curable resin composition that has an excellent fluidity prior to curing and that cures to form a molding resin that is flexible, highly moisture resistant, and strongly resistant to heat shock, said composition comprising(A) 100 weight parts of a curable resin; and(B) 0.1 to 500 weight parts of an epoxy group-containing silicone resin that has the general formula(R.sup.1 SiO.sub.3/2).sub.a (R.sup.2 R.sup.3 SiO.sub.2/2).sub.b (SiO.sub.4/2).sub.cwherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 each represents a group selected from the group consisting of an epoxy group-containing organic group and a monovalent hydrocarbon group with the proviso that said epoxy group-containing organic groups comprise 0.1 to 40 mole percent of the total silicon-bonded organic groups in said silicone resin (B), a is a positive number, b is zero or a positive number, c is zero or a positive number, b/a has a value of zero to 10, c/(a+b+c) has a value of zero to 0.3 and said silicone resin (B) has a glass-transition temperature of -90.degree.     摘要: A method for the preparation of one-package room-temperature-curable silicone compositions that do not slump prior to their cure, do not crack or fissure during their cure even when deformed by an external force, and do not yellow where an example of the room-temperature-curable silicone compositions is (a) hydroxyl-terminated diorganopolysiloxane, (b) oxime-functional organosilicon compound, and (c) inorganic filler according to the following four steps: step (1) in which 20 to 70 weight % of the total amount of component (a) is mixed with methyltris(methyl ethyl ketoximo)silane, step (2) in which component (c) is added and mixed into the mixture prepared in step (1), step (3) in which 30 to 80 weight % of the total amount of component (a) is mixed with vinyltris(methyl ethyl ketoximo)-silane, step (4) in which the mixture prepared in step (3) is mixed with the mixture prepared in step (2).

    摘要: A non-yellowing one-package, RTV, silicone elastomer composition is prepared and has properties such that prior to its cure, it is highly workable and that during its cure does not crack or fissure even when deformed by external force. These one-package, room-temperature-vulcanizable, silicone elastomer compositions comprise (A) diorganopolysiloxane endblocked by oxime group-containing organic radicals where at least 50 mole of the end groups contain alkenyl radicals, (B) oxime group-containing organosilane where no more than 50 mole % of the silane molecules contain alkenyl, and (C) inorganic filler.
