    摘要: This invention provides the following resin composition, method for producing the composition, resin slide material, organic solvent resist material and glass fiber reinforced composition obtained therefrom. A polycarbonate/polyolefin based resin composition exhibiting an improved polycarbonate/polyolefin compatibility prepared by melt kneadin (A) a polycarbonate resin; (B) a polyolefin resin; (C) a polyolefin resin that has been modified with at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of epoxy, carboxyl, and an acid anhydride groups; (D) a compound represented by the formula: HOOC--R--NH.sub.2 wherein R represents at least one member selected from the group consisting of an alkene group, an alkylidene group, and an oligomethylene group containing 5 or more carbon atoms, and phenylene group and naphthylene group optionally substituted with an alkyl group; and optionally, (E) a styrene copolymer resin.

    摘要: When producing a graft modified polyolefin by melting and kneading a polyolefin, a radical-polymerizable monomer and a radical-polymerization initiator, the producing efficiency is improved. The grafting reaction is effected by feeding the melted polyolefin containing either one of said radical-polymerizable monomer and the radical-polymerization initiator to the other. When said radical-polymerizable monomer is an unsaturated carboxylic anhydride, said unsaturated carboxylic anhydride as a starting material is preliminarily heated at 50.degree. to 250.degree. C., and then fed to the grafting reaction mentioned above. When the monomer is an unsaturated carboxylic acid or an acid anhydride of such an unsaturated carboxylic acid, an organic peroxide of a formula (I) is used as the radical-polymerization initiator. ##STR1## In this formula (I), two substituting groups connected directly to the benzene ring have an ortho-positional relationship or a meta-positional relationship, R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5 and R.sub.6, which are the same as or different from one another, each denote a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having the number of carbons of 1 to 10.

    摘要: In a process for manufacturing a coated steel sheet such as a coated electromagnetic steel sheet using a water-based coating liquid containing an organic resin, to perform steps subsequent to an annealing step continuously at high speed without causing appearance defects such as coating unevenness; to provide an electromagnetic steel sheet having an insulating film thereon, in which properties of the film are satisfactory, superior weldability and punchability can be obtained without deteriorating the space factor, and the satisfactory film properties can be maintained even if the electromagnetic steel sheet having the insulating film thereon is temper-rolled. A coating liquid is applied onto an untreated steel sheet. The applied liquid is heated on the side close to the steel sheet in such a manner that the time elapsed until the steel sheet temperature is increased to 100° C. after the application is completed is 10 seconds or less, thereby drying the coating liquid. The steel sheet temperature is further increased to a predetermined temperature, thereby forming a coating film. When insulating films for electromagnetic steel sheets are formed, the coating liquid preferably further contains a water based inorganic component.
