摘要： An industrial waste and household waste is treated by a pyrolysis step for carbonizing waste containing organic substance in a condition sealed from an air so as to separate to a pyrolysis gas and a pyrolysis residue; a gas cracking step for introducing the pyrolysis gas after the pyrolysis step so as to react an oxide component in the pyrolysis gas through an oxidization reaction and thermally decompose high molecular hydrocarbon in the pyrolysis gas with a heat generated by the oxidization reaction so as to obtain a cracked gas containing low molecular hydrocarbon; a residue cooling step for cooling the pyrolysis residue generated in the pyrolysis step for solidification; a mechanical processing step for crushing and sorting the pyrolysis residue solidified in the residue cooling step so as to obtain a pyrolysis char essentially consisting of pyrolysed organic substance and inorganic components; and a smelting and gasifying step for burning the pyrolysis char obtained in the mechanical processing step at a high temperature by being mixed with fuel and oxygen or air so as to melt the inorganic component of the pyrolysis char and gasify the carbon component to obtain a gasified gas containing low molecular hydrocarbon.

摘要： A power source circuit for a flash memory includes a positive circuit section for generating a positive voltage source, a source follower transistor for converting the impedance of the first voltage source, a negative circuit section for generating a negative voltage source while maintaining a voltage difference between the output of the source follower transistor and the negative voltage source at a first reference potential. The positive circuit section includes a voltage compensating transistor having a threshold voltage equal to the threshold of the source follower transistor.

摘要： A pallet changing system which utilizes the moving function itself of a machine head at a machining center for conveying a pallet and a configuration of a machining center equipping the system, combines a machine head 2 for machining a workpiece with a pallet changing unit 1 having a pallet changing arm 11 which can be rotated by a motor 13 and then allowed to move, by which a pallet 3 is conveyed, and the new pallet 3 for changing is changed with the existing pallet 3 gripped by a pallet clamping device 4 by turning the pallet changing arm 11, and a machining center which equips the above system and also machines a workpiece by using the machine head 2.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a non-volatile semiconductor memory device comprising a mode signal output means for outputting a mode signal for conducting flash programming or flash erasing, a group selection signal output means for outputting a group selection signal for selecting a row decoding group, a first selection means for selecting the row decoding group controlling the word line in accordance with 10 the group selection signal, and a second selection means selecting the word line corresponding to the memory cell from a plurality of the word lines controlled by the row decoding group selected by the first selection means. In the present inventions the time required for the flash programming and the flash erasing can be reduced without the addition of a further element and the chip areas can be reduced.

摘要： A semiconductor device has a plurality of power supply circuits whose generated voltages are different from each other, and a plurality of internal circuits whose operating voltages are different from each other. The power supply circuits and the internal circuits are interconnected by power lines with respective power supply switches inserted therein. The power lines are connected to a single external terminal by respective control lines with respective external switches inserted therein. The power supply circuits and the internal circuits can be tested from the single external terminal.
