摘要: There is provided a repeated type organ fixing instrument having a plurality of suturing tools. The organ fixing instrument includes a rod-shaped engaging portion, a suture fixed to the engaging portion, a puncture needle for housing a plurality of the engaging portions. A plurality of the engaging portions are extruded one by one from the puncture needle by the operation of a operation unit main body. The suture fixed to at least one of the plurality of engaging portions is inserted within the inside of the puncture needle and wherein the other suture is derived from the inside to the outside of the puncture needle.

摘要: An electrode position detection device detects a relative positional relationship between a positive electrode and a negative electrode, when a packaged electrode having the positive electrode disposed inside a bag-shaped separator and the negative electrode are alternately stacked. The device includes a light source, a camera, and a detector. The light source projects light that penetrates the separator and is reflected by the electrodes. The camera receives the light reflected by the positive electrode when the packaged positive electrode is on the uppermost layer and receives the light reflected by the negative electrode when the negative electrode is on the uppermost layer. The detector detects the relative positional relationship between the electrodes based on the results of light reception by the camera when the packaged positive electrode is on the uppermost layer and the results of light reception by the camera when the negative electrode is on the uppermost layer.

摘要: A catheter kit for a burrow having a catheter and an obturator and excellent in operability. The catheter comprises a tube having, inside, a nutrient passage leading nutrition or chemicals from the outside of a body to the inside of a stomach and extending along the wall surface of the burrow and a non-balloon type endodwelling member fitted to the tip part of the tube, normally placed in an expanded state and reduced in diameter less than that in the expanded state when an external force acts thereon by the obturator, and indwelled in the stomach in a buried state in a living body. The obturator comprises a guide wire passage detachably engaged with the catheter and allowing a guide wire installed in the obturator ranging from the tip to the midway thereof to be inserted therein and an operation part for transmitting the external force to the endodwelling member fitted to the rear end thereof. The rear end part of the guide wire passage and the operation part are arranged in a separated state.

摘要: A gate-type shift lever device in which a pin is formed at a mounting piece formed at a back wall portion of a base, which pin axially supports a plate switch. Two levers are formed at the plate switch. A shift lever abuts and presses one of the levers during a shift operation from a “D” position to a “4” position. The shift lever abuts and presses another of the levers, during a shift operation from a “2” position to an “L” position. In accordance with rotation of the plate switch due to the pressing forces received by the levers, a holder contact moves transversely. Thus, the shift operations from the “D” position to the “4” position and from the “2” position to the “L” position can be detected.
