摘要: A variable valve mechanism for an internal combustion engine includes a rocker arm, a swing cam, and a transmission member which is interposed between the swing cam and a cam and transmits the displacement of the cam to the swing cam. The rocker arm is provided with a rolling roller member which includes a inner ring, an outer ring, and a plurality of rolling elements accommodated between the inner ring and the outer ring. The outer ring contacts with the swing cam. At least one of a first transmission part, in which the displacement of the cam is transmitted from the cam to the transmission member, and a second transmission part, in which the displacement of the cam is transmitted from the transmission member to the swing cam, includes a sliding roller member, wherein a sliding bearing mechanism is constituted between the sliding roller member and the support part.

摘要: An inverter is capable of converting a direct current from a direct current power supply into an alternating current and supplying it to an armature winding. A rectifier circuit is capable of rectifying the current, that has been converted to an alternating current by the inverter, into a direct current and supplying it to the field winding. The amount of the alternating current supplied to the armature winding and the amount of the direct current supplied to the field winding are in a proportional relationship, and implementation of switching control of the inverter controls both the amount of the alternating current supplied to the armature winding and the amount of the direct current supplied to the field winding while this proportional relationship therebetween is maintained.

摘要: A switching operation of two switching elements is controlled by a controller. Specifically, by adjusting the duty ratio concerning the lower switching element, a capacitor voltage is controlled to a target value. This control is executed not only by simply performing a PI control with respect to the capacitor voltage based on a deviation from the target value, but also by performing feedback control with respect to battery power and output energy. Further, a scheduling factor based on battery voltage, capacitor voltage, and the like is employed to control the gain of the feedback control.

摘要: A rotary electric machine system includes: a stator that has multi-phase stator coils and that generates stator magnetomotive forces based on respective stator currents having different phases supplied to the multi-phase stator coils; a rotor on which rotor coils are wound such that magnetic poles are formed by rotor currents generated in response to the stator magnetomotive forces generated by the stator; a regulating unit that regulates a flow direction of each of the rotor currents to one direction to thereby regulate a polarity of each of the magnetic poles; and a control unit that controls currents supplied to the stator coils on the basis of a target torque. The control unit superimposes a pulse on the stator currents to adjust the ratio of each of the stator currents and each of the rotor currents so as to minimize a copper loss in the stator and the rotor.

摘要: An engine includes an electric supercharger as a first supercharger, a turbocharger as a second supercharger, a secondary air supply passage, a secondary air valve and a catalyst. The electric supercharger is provided in an intake passage which is in communication with a combustion chamber, and supercharges intake air into the combustion chamber. The turbocharger is provided in the intake passage in series with respect to the electric supercharger, and supercharges intake air to the combustion chamber. The secondary air supply passage and the secondary air valve supply air compressed by the electric supercharger to a discharge passage which is in communication with the combustion chamber. The catalyst is provided in the discharge passage to purify exhaust gas.
