    摘要: A switching operation of two switching elements is controlled by a controller. Specifically, by adjusting the duty ratio concerning the lower switching element, a capacitor voltage is controlled to a target value. This control is executed not only by simply performing a PI control with respect to the capacitor voltage based on a deviation from the target value, but also by performing feedback control with respect to battery power and output energy. Further, a scheduling factor based on battery voltage, capacitor voltage, and the like is employed to control the gain of the feedback control.

    摘要: An overmodulation PWM controller includes a voltage instruction calculation unit which calculates a d axis voltage instruction and a q axis voltage instruction in which a voltage amplitude exceeds a peak value of a triangular wave carrier; a voltage instruction correction unit which corrects the d axis voltage instruction and the q axis voltage instruction so that a pulse width modulation voltage applied to an AC motor has a fundamental wave amplitude corresponding to the voltage instruction amplitude, according to the synchronization value K which is the number of the triangular carriers per one cycle of the phase voltage instruction; and a voltage instruction conversion unit which converts the corrected d axis voltage instruction and the q axis voltage instruction into a phase voltage instruction. The pulse width modulation voltage is controlled according to the result of comparison between the phase voltage instruction and the triangular wave carrier.

The control device is configured to perform the procedure for obtaining the offset amount while the engine is running, when the vehicle stops and the control device determines that there is the request for obtaining the offset amount.

    摘要: According to the present invention, there is provided a process for producing a transistor having a high precision and a high quality with a high yield by selectively etching a natural silicon oxide film, and further by selectively etching a dummy gate made of silicon. The present invention relates to a process for producing a transistor using a structural body which includes a substrate, and a dummy gate laminate formed by laminating at least a high dielectric material film and a dummy gate made of silicon having a natural silicon oxide film on a surface thereof, a side wall disposed to cover a side surface of the laminate and an interlayer insulating film disposed to cover the side wall which are provided on the substrate, said process including an etching step using a specific etching solution and thereby replacing the dummy gate with an aluminum metal gate.
