摘要: To provide a metal-carbon fiber reinforced plastic material (CFRP) composite that has excellent adhesion and adhesion durability at a member interface and a method of producing a metal-CFRP composite.
The metal-CFRP composite according to the present invention includes: a metal member; a CFRP layer; and one or two layers of coating layers provided between the metal member and the CFRP layer. In the case where the coating layer consists of one layer, the coating layer is a coating layer containing an isocyanate group, and the matrix resin contains a phenoxy resin as a main component thereof, contains an epoxy group, and has bonds represented in (a structural formula 1) in the vicinity of an interface between the CFRP layer and the coating layer. In the case where the coating layer consists of two layers, the first coating layer that is located on the metal member side is a coating layer containing an isocyanate group, and the second coating layer that is located on the CFRP layer side is a coating layer that contains an epoxy resin as a main component thereof, and has bonds represented in (a structural formula 1) in the vicinity of an interface between the first coating layer and the second coating layer.-

摘要: The present invention relates to a hot stamped body comprising a steel sheet and a plating layer formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet, wherein the plating layer is comprised of a ZnO region present on a surface side of the plating layer and having an oxygen concentration of 10 mass % or more and an Ni—Fe—Zn alloy region present on a steel sheet side of the plating layer and having an oxygen concentration of less than 10 mass %, and an average concentration of a total of Fe, Mn and Si in the ZnO region is 5 mass % or more and 30 mass % or less.

摘要: What is provided is a new and improved metal-carbon fiber reinforced resin material composite in which the galvanic corrosion of dissimilar materials of a metal member is suppressed and electrodeposition coatability is excellent and a method for manufacturing the metal-carbon fiber reinforced resin material composite. A metal-carbon fiber reinforced resin material composite according to the present invention has a metal member, a resin coating layer disposed on at least a part of a surface of the metal member, and a carbon fiber reinforced resin material containing a matrix resin and a carbon fiber material present in the matrix resin, the resin coating layer contains any one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of metal particles, intermetallic compound particles, conductive oxide particles, and conductive non-oxide ceramic particles as conductive particles and further contains a binder resin, and the conductive particles have a powder resistivity at 23° C. to 27° C. of 7.0×107 Ω·cm or less and contain one or more selected from the group consisting of Zn, Si, Zr, V, Cr, Mo, Mn, and W.

摘要: A coated steel sheet has a coating film on at least one side of a plated steel sheet. The coating film contains a binder resin, non-oxide ceramic particles containing V (excluding VC particles), and doped zinc oxide particles. The respective contents of the non-oxide ceramic particles containing V and the doped zinc oxide particles relative to the coating film satisfy the expressions: [(1) CZn≥10.0, (2) CV≤0.5·CZn, (3) CV≤70−CZn, (4) CV≥0.125·CZn, and (5) CV≥2.0], where CV represents the content (mass %) of the non-oxide ceramic particles containing V, and CZn represents the content (mass %) of the doped zinc oxide particles. The coated steel sheet is excellent in both corrosion resistance before electrodeposition coating, and weldability.
