Abstract: A preparation method of an electroplated part includes the steps of plating a porous metal coating layer, placing the porous metal coating layer in a graphite colloid, and depositing graphite colloidal particles into the porous metal coating layer. The porous metal coating layer is plated at or proximate an outer side of a substrate of the electroplated part. The graphite colloidal particles are deposited into pores of the porous metal coating layer from the graphite colloid to form a graphite alloy coating layer.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of coating, comprising providing an article having an internal passage therein to be coated; electrolytically applying a first layer that comprises chromium or a chromium alloy onto a surface of the internal passage; electrolytically applying a second layer comprising aluminum or an aluminum alloy onto the first layer; and heat treating the article to promote interdiffusion between the first layer and the second layer.

Abstract: A preparation method, a product and an application of a composite membrane with a self-repairing function are provided by the present application, relating to the technical field of surface treatment of metallic materials. The preparation method includes the following steps: adding cobalt salt, tungsten salt, complexing agent and buffering agent into water to obtain a mixed solution, and adjusting a pH value to acidity to obtain an acidic solution; adding cerium oxide and surfactant into the acidic solution to obtain an electrolyte system; and placing a metal substrate in the electrolyte system for electrodeposition to obtain the composite membrane with self-repairing function. By means of constant potential composite electrodeposition on a metallic material substrate, the invention eventually forms a micron-scale composite membrane with a self-healing function and a thickness of 6-8 micrometers on the surfaces of the metallic materials.

Abstract: The present invention provides an in-situ method for synthesizing a Ni—W—WC composite coating, which includes the following steps: immersing a carbon steel substrate to be coated in an electroplating solution and electroplating, to obtain a Ni—W—C alloy coating on the surface of the carbon steel substrate; and then subjecting the alloy coating to high temperature heat treatment to obtain the Ni—W—WC composite coating. The electroplating solution comprises the following components: a nickel salt, a tungstate, citric acid, a citrate, a recarburizer, and a wetting agent. The present invention shows merits of simple operation, high current efficiency, simple electroplating process, and is clean and causes no pollution, thus meeting the requirements of environment protection.
