    Abstract: A temperature sensor that includes an organic-inorganic composite negative temperature coefficient thermistor and a transistor. The organic-inorganic composite negative temperature coefficient thermistor includes a thermistor layer which includes spinel-type semiconductor ceramic composition powder containing Mn, Ni and Fe and an organic polymer component, and a pair of electrode layers. The semiconductor ceramic composition powder has a molar ratio of Mn to Ni of 85/15≥Mn/Ni≥65/35 and a Fe content of 30 parts by mole or less when a total molar amount of Mn and Ni is regarded as 100 parts by mole, and has a peak with a local maximum value of around 29° to 31° in its X-ray diffraction pattern, a half width of which peak is 0.15 or more. The transistor is electrically connected with either one of the pair of electrode layers.

    Abstract: A biosignal measurement apparatus that is used by being affixed on a living body is provided with: an affixed part that is a sheet, in which a signal-acquiring section of multiple electrodes and wiring connected to each of the electrodes are formed, and which can be freely expanded, contracted and bent and is adhesive; and a substrate that is connected to the wiring and on which a signal-processing circuit for wirelessly transmitting biosignals obtained through the wiring is mounted. The signal-acquiring section is exposed on the surface of the affixed part and the affixed part and the substrate are stacked so that the back surface of the affixed part faces the substrate.

    Abstract: A measuring device facilitates equipment calibration. A measuring device for measuring noise contained in equipment having a prescribed resistance value is provided with a first voltage-dividing circuit connected to a direct-current power source, a second voltage-dividing circuit connected in parallel with the first voltage-dividing circuit, and a measuring unit which measures a first voltage-divided voltage output from the first voltage-dividing circuit, and a second voltage-divided voltage output from the second voltage-dividing circuit, a calculating unit which calculates the difference between the measured first voltage-divided voltage and second voltage-divided voltage, and an output unit which outputs the calculated result, wherein: the first voltage-dividing circuit outputs the first voltage-divided voltage from the equipment and a first resistor, connected in series.
