摘要: The invention relates to a medical pump device comprising a rotary valve (13) having preferably only one rectilinear channel (20) which respectively connects the inlet (4) and the outlet (7) of the pump device, or connects the inlet to a pump chamber (15), or said pump chamber to the outlet, upon rotation of the rotary element (19) of the valve. The invention enables a medical pump device to be especially easily produced, said pump device being preferably inserted between an infusion syringe driver or an infusion container and a catheter, and being used to supply small quantities of liquid in an accurately dosed manner.

摘要: Displaying breast ultrasound information on an interactive user interface is described, the user interface being useful in adjunctive ultrasound mammography environments and/or ultrasound-only mammography environments. Bilateral comparison is facilitated by a pairwise display of thick-slice images corresponding to analogous slab-like subvolumes in the left and right breasts. Coronal thick-slice imaging and convenient navigation on and among coronal thick-slice images is described. In one preferred embodiment, a nipple marker is displayed the coronal thick-slice image representing a projection of a nipple location thereupon. A convenient breast icon is also displayed including a cursor position indicator variably disposed thereon in a manner that reflects a relative position between the cursor and the nipple marker. Preferably, the breast icon is configured to at least roughly resemble a clock face, the center of the clock face representing the nipple marker location. Bookmark-centric and CAD-marker-centric navigation within and among thick-slice images is also described.

摘要: A telepresence system includes a man-machine interface and a teleoperator configured to communicate bidirectionally with the man-machine interface via a communications channel. The teleoperator performs actions based on first signals generated due to a manual operation of the man-machine interface and transmitted over the communication channel, and sends second signals to the man-machine interface over a second communication channel. At least one buffer device buffers signals transferred through the communication channel and releases the signals delayed so that the signals coming from the man-machine interface and the signals coming from the teleoperator each are transmitted through the communication channel with an effective constant time delay.

摘要: A powered road vehicle, namely a passenger car having a permissible maximum laden weight of 3.5 tons or a lorry having a permissible maximum laden weight of 5 tons, comprises: a base vehicle having a load-transferring bottom structure which includes a vehicle body bottom and/or a carriage. The bottom structure is provided with a front axle and at least one rear axle. The base vehicle also includes a vehicle body supported on the bottom structure, the rear part of the vehicle body having side walls. A replaceable rear body mounting upwardly joins the side walls and is supported directly on the bottom structure in a load-transferring manner. The rear body mounting is releasably locked in a main coupler of the base vehicle, and the main coupler is supported directly on the bottom structure in a load-transferring manner. The rear body mounting is also fixed to a separate aligning coupler arranged at a distance from the main coupler. The rear body mounting is adapted to engage the aligning coupler in a pre-alignment position, and to be lowered from the pre-alignment position into a locking position at the main coupler. The main coupler is arranged both to provide main coupling of the rear body mounting to prevent displacement and rotation thereof, and to support a semi-trailer so that vertical loads and trailing forces are transferred.
