    摘要: A thermoplastic resin coated aluminum alloy sheet has excellent processing adhesion and high adhesion after retort processing such that laminated thermoplastic resin layers do not peel off even when the alloy sheet is subjected to severe processing such as stretching after deep drawing and furthermore, ironing. A production method and a production apparatus for the alloy sheet are also described. A treatment by an alkaline solution and a treatment by an acidic solution are sequentially applied to bring the surface of an aluminum alloy sheet into a specific surface state and then electrolytic chromic acid treatment is carried out by a known method so as to laminate a thermoplastic resin to an aluminum alloy sheet having a two-layered film which comprises metallic chromium as the lower layer and a chromium hydrate as the upper layer and has a specific surface condition. As a result, a thermoplastic resin coated aluminum alloy sheet having excellent processing adhesion capable of withstanding molding and processing can be obtained.

The method comprises the steps of applying an organic resin capable of imparting formability (e.g. a water-soluble urethane resin, a water-soluble polyester resin, a water-soluble acrylic resin, a water-soluble epoxy resin, or an organic resin produced by modification of any one of these resins), or an organic resin which is prepared by mixing any one of these resins with a silane coupling agent, colloidal silica, a lubricant, a metal alkoxide or the like by coating onto the surface of a magnesium alloy material, press-forming the organic resin-coated magnesium alloy material into a desired shape, and removing the organic resin using a resin removing liquid.

    摘要: A thermoplastic resin-coated aluminum alloy plate having so high a processing adhesion that the laminated thermoplastic resin layer is not separated therefrom even when the plate is subjected to a severe forming process in which the plate is deep-drawn, stretched and then ironed. A process and an apparatus for producing the same are also disclosed. An aluminum alloy plate is treated with an alkali solution and an acid solution in order so as to put the surface of the plate in a special condition. The resultant plate is subjected to anodic electrolysis using a direct current in an acid solution containing one or more of inorganic acid, such as sulfuric acid and an organic acid, such as carboxylic acid or hydroxy carboxylic acid. Alternatively, the resultant plate is subjected to a treatment using hot water of above 60.degree. C., boiling water, or water vapor so as to form a uniform hydration oxide film of 2-10 nm in thickness. The alloy plate is coated with a thermoplastic resin. This enables the thermoplastic resin-coated aluminum alloy plate to have so high a processing adhesion that permits the plate to withstand a severe forming process.
