    摘要: A method of producing a thermally expansive microcapsule that is excellent in heat resistance and solvent resistance, narrow in breadth of the distribution of particle size, and extremely low in secondary cohesion of the particles when heated, wherein a polymer obtained from the component comprising not less than 80 weight % of monomer of nitrile series, less than weight % of monomer of non-nitrile series, and 0.05-1 weight % of at least tetrafunctional cross-linking agent and/or of long side chain of cross-linking agent is used to micro-encapsulate a volatile expanding agent that comes into its gaseous state at a temperature equal to or less than a softening point of the polymer.

    摘要: A solution is produced by introducing carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and a carbon nanotube bulk material containing a cluster of aggregated single-walled carbon nanotubes into water (H2O). The single-walled carbon nanotubes are solubilized by CMC in the solution and separated from the cluster. The solution in which the single-walled carbon nanotubes are dispersed by using ultrasonic waves is filtered by filters to produce a carbon nanotube solution containing dispersed single-walled carbon nanotubes. A carbon nanotube-containing film is produced by dropping the carbon nanotube solution onto a plate and drying the carbon nanotube solution.

The control unit 40 allows the negative-pressure generating mechanism 17 to generate a negative pressure to hold the sheet 2a, then allows the formation mechanism 31 to form the structure 2b, and then allows the positive-pressure generating mechanism 20 to generate a positive pressure.
