    摘要: A control system for the internal combustion engine comprises means for detecting the flow rate of air sucked into the engine, as an electrical signal, means for detecting the number of revolutions of the engine, a sensor for sensing the oxygen concentration in the engine exhaust gas, a fuel injector for injecting fuel into the path of air sucked into the engine, in synchronism with the rotational angle of the engine at the required injection timing, and control means for controlling the fuel injection timing of the injector on the basis of the air flow rate signal from the air flow rate detector means, the number-of-revolutions signal from the number-of-revolutions detector means and the air-fuel ratio signal from the oxygen sensor. Under the normal operating conditions, the control means stores in a register the air flow rate signal, the number-of-revolutions signal and injection time at a given time point; judges that the signal from the oxygen sensor is within the level corresponding to the theoretical air-fuel ratio during a period longer than the air-fuel ratio transmission delay time of the fuel injector and the oxygen sensor; calculates the air-fuel ratio from the air flow rate signal, the number-of-revolutions signal and the injection time stored in the register; and stores in a memory an air-fuel ratio correction factor which is the ratio between said calculated air-fuel ratio and the initial air-fuel ratio stored already. These processes are repeated a number of times. Under the special operating conditions, the control means reads out the air-fuel ratio suitable for a particular special operating condition and controls the injection time on the basis of the air-fuel ratio obtained by correcting the read-out air-fuel ratio by the air-fuel ratio correction factor.

    摘要: A method and a system for engine control are disclosed. Electrical signals representing the engine operating conditions are detected, which electrical signals, together with the control data stored in a memory, are used to calculate a correction factor for correcting the control data for controlling the engine, where the correction factor is stored in a volatile memory, thus controlling the engine on the basis of the control data corrected by the correction factor. The correction factor stored in RAM is transferred to a non-volatile memory under predetermined conditions. Even if the voltage applied to RAM is reduced to a level lower than the storage ability of RAM, resulting in the loss of the stored data, the correction factor stored in EAROM is transferred back to RAM upon restoration of a normal voltage at RAM.

    摘要: A knock control system which includes a knock control unit constructed of a transducer portion for detecting vibrations of an engine and converting the detected vibrations into an electric signal, and a knock signal processing unit for delivering a signal indicative of the occurrence of a knock in dependence upon a receipt of the knock signal from the transducer portion. The knock signal processing circuit controls the ignition timing of the internal combustion engine on the basis of the knock signal from the knock control unit. The base of the power transistor is connected to first and second transistors connected in compound fashion. A current limiter circuit is operated when the current in the primary winding reaches a predetermined value, thus controlling the first transistor.     摘要: In an ignition system wherein an ignition timing signal generated in synchronism with the engine rotation is detected by a detecting transistor and a base current of a power transistor adapted to control a primary current of an ignition coil is controlled by the detected ignition timing signal thereby to generate a high voltage across a secondary side of the ignition coil; the primary current of the ignition coil is controlled by the power transistor not to exceed a predetermined value, a time interval during which the primary current of the ignition coil is restricted to the predetermined value is detected by a change in collector voltage of the power transistor, i.e. an output thereof, and a conduction starting point for the primary current of ignition coil is controlled by the output of the power transistor.
