摘要： A mold clamping device for an injection molding machine wherein a movable table which supports a movable mold is moved in directions approaching and moving away from a fixed table which supports a fixed mold to thereby bring the molds into open and closed states, and wherein mold clamping is effected in a closed state of the molds by mold clamping cylinders. The mold clamping device includes tie rods for guiding the movement of the movable table, the tie rods projecting upward from the fixed table and being each provided with an engaging groove such as threads or the like formed on the outer peripheral surface of its portion projecting from the movable table to the side opposite to the fixed table in the closed state of the molds; and split mold-like locking members capable of engaging with and disengaging from the tie rods each through each engaging groove in the closed state of the molds, the locking members being slidable in the axial direction of the tie rods. The mold clamping cylinders are disposed between the locking members and the movable table. Since the tie rods which receive the mold clamping reaction are so constructed as to also be employable as guide members for guiding the movement of the movable table, it is possible to attain a structural simplification and reduction in size in addition to advantage in terms of maintenance.

摘要： Method for adjusting the compression stroke allowance of a vertical injection-compression molding machine including a slide plate mounting thereon a mold clamp cylinder and an upper mold in opposition to a lower mold on a machine bed, and a lift cylinder for moving the slide plate up and down along tie bars, the method including the steps of: downwardly extending a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder connected to the slide plate to a stroke end: upwardly extending a piston rod of an air cylinder connected to the bed thereof, with the upper and lower molds in contact with each other, until a micrometer at the upper end of the air cylinder piston rod abutts the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod; fixing the air cylinder piston rod in this state; upwardly retracting the hydraulic cylinder piston rod; setting the micrometer at a desired compression stroke allowance; lowering the hydraulic cylinder piston rod to the stroke end thereof; and lifting the slide plate so as to allow for injection-compression molding operation.

摘要： A press working control method for controlling the press working operation of a press having a pressure cylinder for applying a working pressure to a workpiece, a press slide operatively connected to the pressure cylinder and carrying a movable die, a bed fixedly mounted with a fixed die, a plurality of control cylinders supporting the press slide in a level position during the press working operation, and a press control system for carrying out the press working control method. The press control system comprises a first pressure detector for detecting the operative pressure of the pressure cylinder, quick-response control valves each for regulating the height of the control cylinder, height detectors each for detecting the height of the control cylinder, second pressure detectors each for detecting the operative pressure of the control cylinder, servovalves each for detecting the operative pressure of the control cylinder, and a control unit including a computer for deciding manipulated variables for the height and operative pressure control of the control cylinders on the basis of data obtained by the detectors. The respective heights of the control cylinders are regulated individually so that the press slide is maintained in a level position during the press working operation, while the respective operative pressure of the control cylinders are regulated so that a desired working pressure is applied to the workpiece.

摘要： An injection molding machine is disclosed in which molten resin from an extruder is injected into the cavity of a mold through a nozzle. A runner body disposed between the mold and the extruder has a substantially L-shaped hot runner for supplying the molten resin from the extruder to the mold therethrough. The runner body is pivotably supported by a support assembly and is horizontally slidable relative to the support assembly to accommodate thermal expansion, whereby the nozzle mounted on the runner body can be brought into or out of intimate contact with the mold. To accommodate the thermal expansion of the runner body only toward the extruder, a stopper is provided on the base frame.

A semiconductor device of the present embodiment is provided with a semiconductor chip 1 in which a plurality of bonding pads 3 are arranged in line, a semiconductor chip 2 in which a plurality of bonding pads 4 are arranged in line substantially parallel to the plurality of bonding pads 3, and a plurality of wires 7 which connect the bonding pads 3 to the bonding pads 4 respectively. At least one of the wires 7 is bended with respect to a reference straight line S which passes through the bonding pad 3 and the bonding pad 4 which are connected by the wire 7. The bended wire is extended out from the bonding pad 4 in a certain direction in which a distance between the bended wire and an adjacent wire which is adjacent to the bended wire is larger than a distance between the reference straight line of the bended wire and the reference straight line of the adjacent wire.

摘要： In a cage position detector for a hydraulic elevator, there is provided a detector for measuring the time duration of the power failure, when the power fails. An amount of sinkage of a cage during the power failure is obtained by the time duration of the power failure and an average sinkage amount per unit time provide in advance. A cage position, which has been detected just before the power failure, is corrected by the above obtained amount of sinkage of the cage. A cage position, from which the elevator is to reopen a normal operation for service after the recovery of power, is specified by the corrected cage position.According to the present invention, even though the cage sinks during the long power failure, it is prevented to lose the true present position of the cage, from which the elevator is to reopen the normal operation after the recovery of power.
