    摘要： A disc includes a disc substrate having a major surface operating as a signal recording portion and having a substantially circular center opening in the major surface, and a hub mounted on the disc substrate for closing the center opening in the disc substrate. The hub includes an inner rim portion having a spindle opening at its center and an outer rim portion connected to an outer side of the inner rim portion for extending from the inner rim portion via a step difference towards the side of insertion in the spindle opening. When the hub is set on a disc table, the outer rim portion protruded on the side from which the spindle is inserted into the spindle opening with a step difference approaches a magnet provided on the disc table to increase the force of suction by the magnet so that the magnetic disc is chucked with respect to the disc table solely by the force of the magnet.

    摘要： A power demand/supply management server (10) obtains information defining restraint contents to a comfort and an electricity bill from a consumer power operating device (2). An individual-consumer control optimizing unit of the power demand/supply management server (10) calculates control contents to an electrical equipment having a minimum cost evaluation value based on a simulation result of cost evaluation values which are barometers for evaluating a comfort and an electricity bill excessiveness, and transmits the calculated control contents to the consumer power operating device (2). Also, a whole-consumer optimizing unit of the power demand/supply management server (10) calculates the most appropriate electricity unit meter-charge that ensures a necessary demand suppression plan level throughout the whole power system based on an electricity daily load curve for each consumer.

A system for controlling a power system includes a plurality of sensor devices configured to output measurement data; a first control apparatus configured to estimate a first power state of the power system by using the measurement data obtained by the plurality of sensor devices, calculate a first controlled variable according to the estimated first power state, and output the calculated first controlled variable; and at least a second control apparatus configured to execute a predetermined control operation according to either the first controlled variable calculated in the first control apparatus, or a second controlled apparatus calculated in the second control apparatus. When it is not able to obtain part of the measurement data, the first control apparatus estimates the first power state by using predetermined measurement data among the obtained measurement data.

    摘要： There is provided a liquid supply method in which, when preparing a solution that can be used as washing water and the like by supplying a minute amount of chemicals and the like to ultrapure water, the amount of supply solution that is supplied can be accurately determined. In this liquid supply method, a solution is prepared by supplying a supply liquid to a primary fluid that is circulating in a primary fluid circulation tube (2). This liquid supply method uses a liquid supply apparatus (1) that includes: a supply section (3) that delivers the supply liquid; and a supply liquid circulation tube (4) that causes the supply liquid to flow from the supply section (3) to the primary fluid circulation tube (2), the internal diameter of the supply liquid circulation tube (4) being between 0.01 and 1 mm. When the supply solution is supplied from the supply section (3) to the primary fluid circulation tube (2) via the supply liquid circulation tube (4), a pressure P1 of the supply liquid in the supply section (3) and a pressure P2 of the primary fluid in the primary fluid circulation tube satisfy the formula P1−P2>0.

The tilt angle with respect to each of the multiple recording layers is controlled in accordance with the information about the optimal tilt angle with respect to each of the multiple recording layers.
