    摘要: Disclosed herein is a diffusion sheet for use in a backlight unit of a TFT-LCD. Specifically, this invention provides a diffusion sheet including a transparent base sheet, a light-diffusing layer laminated on one surface of the base sheet, and an antiblocking layer laminated on the other surface of the base sheet, the base sheet satisfying a refractive index represented by a predetermined equation. According to this invention, the diffusion sheet for a display can uniformly diffuse light, which is radiated from a light source lamp positioned at a side surface or the back surface of the display, while passing such light therethrough, thus obtaining clear display images, resulting in increased total light transmittance, light diffusibility, and luminance.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a light-diffusing film having pores for use in a backlight unit of a TFT-LCD. The light-diffusing film having pores of this invention comprises a base sheet composed of a synthetic resin; a light-diffusing layer laminated on one surface of the base sheet and having pores formed by applying a composition including a light-diffusing resin and light-diffusing particles contained in the light-diffusing resin under controlled composition supply pressure of 1˜5 kgf/cm2 and travel speed of the base sheet of 10˜200 m/min; and an antiblocking layer laminated on the other surface of the base sheet. According to this invention, the light-diffusing film has improved total light transmittance and light diffusibility owing to the pores formed in the light-diffusing layer, and is thus usefully applicable to a backlight unit of a TFT-LCD.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a heat-shrinkable co-polyester film containing terephthalic acid or dimethyl terephthalate as a dicarbonic acid component, and ethylene glycol, neopentyl glycol and propylene glycol as diol components, in which the co-polyester film has a crystallization temperature of 80–220° C., and a heat shrinkage (%) higher than 30% in at least one direction of longitudinal and transverse directions in 90° C. hot water. This film is suitable for use as various wrapping materials, such as covering, binding and casing materials. Particularly, this film is used to cover a cap, body and shoulder, etc. of various vessels and rod-shaped molded articles and thus to provide labeling, protection, binding or an improvement in product value. Also, this film can be used for multi-package.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a heat-resistant adhesive sheet (tape). More particularly, the invention relates to a heat-resistant adhesive sheet of high reliability and workability, in which crosslink reaction can be induced through irradiation of energy rays on an adhesive layer to achieve heat resistance at high temperature and also high dimension stability in parts, to achieve release without leaving any adhesive residues on an attached surface in releasing the layer and also to achieve no oxidation on the attached surface, e.g., a metallic surface at a high temperature. To this end, the heat-resistant adhesive sheet (tape) according to the invention is characterized by comprising a heat-resistant substrate, and an adhesive layer formed on at least one side of the heat-resistant substrate and made with a coating of liquid comprising energy ray curable olygomer resin, thermosetting adhesive resin, energy ray initiator and thermosetting agent, the adhesive layer being cured and heat resistant by irradiating energy rays to induce crosslink reaction.

    摘要: An approach is provided for depositing a material onto a printed circuit board layer. The approach includes steps of treating surface of a base film, forming a tie layer on the base film, forming a metal conductive layer on the tie layer, and depositing a metal on the metal conductive layer by radiating electronic beams to form a metal plated layer thereon. The above steps are continuously performed in a vacuum chamber. The approach also includes an unwinding roller, film guide rollers, a surface treating part, tie layer and copper conductive layer, a vacuum depositing part for depositing a metal plated layer on the metal conductive layer by radiating electronic beams, and a winding roller, all of which are provided in a vacuum chamber.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an optical sheet for a backlight unit of a TFT-LCD and a TFT-LCD including the same. The optical sheet of the present invention includes a transparent base sheet, and a light diffusion layer in which a diffusion pattern comprised of a plurality of protrusions is formed on the transparent base sheet. The diffusion pattern satisfies an aspect ratio of 0.8 or more, the aspect ratio being a ratio of a radius (l) of a unit body portion of the protrusion, which is formed on the transparent base sheet, to a thickness (d) of the protrusion.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a polyester film for flexographic printing plates, which comprises: a polyester base layer (B); a detachable adhesive layer (A) formed on one surface of the polyester base layer using polyester resin and acrylic resin; and an antistatic layer (C) formed on the other surface of the polyester base layer. In the disclosed polyester film, the detachable adhesive layer is formed on one surface of the polyester base layer using polyester resin in combination with acrylic resin, and thus can have increased adhesion to the base layer and photosensitive resin. Also, the other surface of the polyester base layer has formed thereon the antistatic layer, which has excellent antistatic performance and, at the same time, is not transferred to a surface opposite thereto and is not greatly influenced by humidity. Thus, the disclosed polyester film is suitable for flexographic printing plates.
