Abstract: The present invention provides a particulate delivery device with an automatic activation mechanism that pierces or cuts a composition capsule when a cap is removed. The cap cannot be replaced once the device is activated for use. The device allows for gas flow through the device from a gas inlet to a gas outlet through a composition receptacle and dispersion chamber to deliver particulate to the airway of a subject.

Abstract: An inhalation-synchronized fluid dispenser device having a body, a reservoir containing a fluid and a propellant gas that slides axially in the body, a metering valve, a blocking element movable and/or deformable between a non-actuation position and an actuation position, and an inhalation-controlled trigger system that moves and/or deforms the blocking element from the non-actuation position towards the actuation position. The device includes an actuator fastened on the reservoir and having a proximal wall fastened on the end of the reservoir, a body that slides axially past the proximal wall, and a spring arranged between the proximal wall and a distal wall of the body, the body sliding axially past the proximal wall between a rest position and a cocked position in which the spring is compressed, such that on actuation of the trigger system, the compressed spring moves the reservoir so as to actuate the metering valve.

Abstract: A device for inhaling powdery substances contained in capsules has a housing, a capsule receiver, a closing cover, a mouth piece, and a closure cap. The closure cap is designed to cover simultaneously the mouthpiece, closing cover and capsule receiver, wherein the closure cap, mouthpiece and closing cover are hinged in a pivoting manner. Two pivot axes, which are different but run in the same direction, are formed, which, in respect of a side view in which geometric axes of the pivot axes are represented in the form of points, are arranged next to each other and on a same side of the capsule receiver. In a usage state of the device, the first pivot axis is arranged closer to the capsule receiver. The closing cover and the mouthpiece can be pivoted about the first pivot axis and only the closure cap can be pivoted about the second pivot axis.

Abstract: A medicament delivery device includes a housing, a medicament container disposed within the housing, an activation mechanism, a cover and an electronic circuit system. The activation mechanism includes an energy storage member configured to produce a force to deliver the dose of a medicament and/or vaccine. The cover is configured to receive at least a portion of the housing. The electronic circuit system is coupled to the housing such that a protrusion of the cover electrically isolates a battery from a portion of the electronic circuit system when the portion of the housing is received by the cover. The electronic circuit system is configured to be electrically coupled to the battery and to produce a recorded speech output when the portion of the housing is at least partially removed from the cover. The electronic circuit system configured to produce a signal when the activation mechanism is actuated.
