摘要： In a floor panel (10) including a foamed cement board (1) having at least a foamed cement layer (3), a top plate (5a) attached to an upper surface of the foamed cement board (1), and a bottom plate (5b) attached to a lower surface of the foamed cement board (1). The foamed cement layer (3) is configured so that the layer (3) has a porous hardened cement phase and a fiber dispersed in the phase. Also, the layer (3) has a thickness within a range from 12 to 30 mm and a specific gravity within a range from 0.8 to 1.5. Thereby, the floor panel can be light in weight while desired strengths for the floor panel are established. The floor panel can be readily produced without any complicated processes.

摘要： The present invention relates to a membrane plate structure for generating sound waves. The membrane plate structure comprises a first skin layer, a second skin layer, a foam core layer which is interposed between the first skin layer and the second skin layer, and two binding layers. At least one of the first skin layer and the second skin layer is attachable to a vibrating element for generating sound waves. The elastic modulus of the core layer and its density are lower than the elastic modulus and the density of the first skin layer and the second skin layer, so that a sandwich structure is achieved. The Young modulus and the shear modulus of first skin layer, the second skin layer, the core layer and the binding layers are not variating between each other of more than 30% between a temperature 20° C. and 150° C., particularly between 20° C. and 170° C., more particularly 20° C. and 180° C.

The PSA sheet further comprises a coating layer partially covering the PSA layer surface. The PSA sheet's adhesive is formed of the PSA layer and the coating layer. The coating layer has a linearly extending part running from one edge to another edge of the adhesive face. The linearly extending part has a first face forming the PSA sheet's adhesive face and a second face located on the PSA layer side relative to the first face. The second face of the linearly extending part forms an overall gently curved line in a cross section perpendicularly intersecting the length direction of the linearly extending part.

摘要： The invention relates to a process for the production of mould-foamed poly(meth)acrylimide (P(M)I) cores, in particular of polymethacrylimide (PMI) cores, which can be used by way of example in automobile construction or aircraft construction. A feature of this process is that polymer granules or polymer powder preheated under pressure are moreover charged under pressure to a compression mould where they are foamed with depressurization. In particular, a feature of the process is that it optionally uses a preferably two-shell compression mould for the heating and also for the cooling of the granules and, respectively, the rigid foam core formed therefrom.
