摘要: A hybrid vehicle includes an engine compartment, and a drivetrain which includes a hybrid drive having a combustion engine and an electric motor arranged in side-by-side and axis-parallel relation in the engine compartment, when installed. A differential gear includes a gear shaft in driving connection with an motor shaft of the combustion engine, and a front-axle differential includes a differential pinion shaft. The electric motor is integrated in the drivetrain by drivingly connecting the electric motor via the differential pinion shaft, or by drivingly connecting the electric motor via a flywheel/clutch assembly.

摘要: A control system including a method and apparatus for operating a hybrid vehicle. A disconnect clutch selectively separates an electric machine from a combustion engine. If a wide open throttle or high torque command is requested and the combustion engine is shut down, a 12 volt starter may be used to start the combustion engine while disconnected from the electric machine and all of the electric machine torque available may be used for traction.

摘要: In the process of cranking and starting an engine by a motor, until a predetermined condition is satisfied, i.e., until a rotation speed Ne of the engine is equal to or higher than a predetermined rotation speed Nstmg and a crank angle θcr of the engine is in a predetermined range of θst1 to θst2, the motor is controlled to increase the torque of the motor from value 0 to a positive specified torque Tst1 and keep the torque of the motor at the specified torque Tst1 by a rate process using a rate value ΔTst1. When the predetermined condition is satisfied, a rate value ΔTst2 is set to increase with an increase in satisfaction time rotation speed Neset that denotes the rotation speed Ne of the engine on satisfaction of the predetermined condition. The motor is then controlled to decrease the torque of the motor from the specified torque Tst1 by a rate process using a rate value ΔTst2.

摘要: Provided is a hybrid electric vehicle that includes a turbocharger and a method for controlling driving of the hybrid electric vehicle accordingly. In particular, an engine and a motor are configured to generate power respectively. An engine clutch may be positioned between the engine and the driving motor to engage and disengage the engine and the driving motor. An integrated starter and generator (ISG) starts the engine or generates power, and a turbocharger is provided therein. A decelerator adjusts revolution speeds and torque of the turbine and the air compressor of the turbocharger and the integrated starter and generator between the turbine and the air compressor of the turbocharger and the integrated starter and generator. Finally, a controller controls the integrated starter and generator, the engine clutch, the turbo charter, and the decelerator based on states of the engine, the driving motor, and the battery accordingly.

摘要: A hybrid power train structure for off-road vehicles (ATVs, UTVs and SSVs) uses an internal combustion engine (“ICE”) rotating a crankshaft through a continuously variable transmission (“CVT”) as a primary source of locomotion torque, but also includes a driving/generator motor which, in certain established conditions, can either provide an additional or alternative source of locomotion torque or can harvest electricity from the torque created by the internal combustion engine. The driving/generator motor is an axial flux motor of small size for its relative torque output, which can either be directly coupled to the CVT output shaft or, when additionally used as a starter motor for the ICE in an automatic ICE starting and stopping routine.

摘要: A system and method for controlling engine starting in a hybrid vehicle having first and second electric machines include starting the engine in response to an engine start request using the first electric machine and releasing second electric machine reserved engine starting torque for use in propelling the vehicle. The first electric machine may be controlled to start the engine in response to the first engine start after key-on and when the vehicle speed is below a corresponding threshold, with the second electric machine used when vehicle speed is above the threshold. The first electric machine may be an integrated starter-generator.
