摘要: An automated gate actuator system is provided for use in selectively opening and closing a gate that dispenses proppant from a proppant container during the course of a hydraulic fracturing operation. A lever arm is pivotally mounted for movement to place a drive gear in contact with a driven gear to open and close the gate. The gate may be remotely or autonomously actuated in this manner utilizing an electronic control triggered by human and/or sensor input.

The sensor system can include a capacity sensor configured to determine a remaining capacity of the gondola and a temperature sensor configured to monitor at least one of a temperature of the gondola or a temperature of the harvested produce held by the gondola. The sensor system can include a tilt sensor configured to monitor a tilt of the gondola and a trailer location sensor configured to determine a global position of the gondola. The sensor system can include a communication module in communication with the capacity sensor, the temperature sensor, the tilt sensor, and the trailer location sensor and can be configured to transmit data from the capacity sensor, the temperature sensor, the tilt sensor, and the trailer location sensor to a remote computing system.

摘要: Three-dimensional (3D) depth imaging systems and methods are disclosed for dynamic container auto-configuration. A 3D-depth camera captures 3D image data of a shipping container located in a predefined search space during a shipping container loading session. An auto-configuration application determines a representative container point cloud and (a) loads an initial pre-configuration file that defines a digital bounding box having dimensions representative of the predefined search space and an initial front board area; (b) applies the digital bounding box to the container point cloud to remove front board interference data from the container point cloud based on the initial front board area; (c) generates a refined front board area based on the shipping container type; (d) generates an adjusted digital bounding box based on the refined front board area; and (e) generates an auto-configuration result comprising the adjusted digital bounding box containing at least a portion of the container point cloud.

摘要: Techniques are described herein for intelligent charging of shipping container power supplies. An exemplary computer-implemented method may include (1) retrieving container data that includes a power supply indication for a set of shipping containers; (2) identifying one or more shipping containers, wherein the power supply indication for each of the shipping containers indicates that the one or more shipping containers include a power supply; (3) applying a charging model to the container data to determine (i) a charging prioritization, (ii) a respective charge value, and (iii) a respective charging rate; and (4) causing each of the one or more shipping containers to receive the respective charge value at the respective charging rate in a sequential order based upon the charging prioritization for each of the shipping containers.

摘要: An improved system detects an environmental anomaly in a shipping container and initiates a mediation response through a generated layered alert notification. The system includes sensor-based ID nodes associated with packages within the container, and a command node mounted to the container communicating with the ID nodes and an external transceiver on a vehicle transporting the container. The command node is programmed to detect sensor data from the ID nodes; compare the sensor data to package environmental thresholds in context data related to each ID node; detect the environmental anomaly when the comparison indicates an environmental condition for at least one package exceeds its environmental threshold; responsively generate a layered alert notification identifying a mediation recipient and mediation action, and establishing a mediation response priority based upon the comparison; and transmit the layered alert notification to the transceiver unit to initiate a mediation response related to the mediation action.

The modem control unit is configured to determine an average shock severity based on a plurality of shock severity values and an absolute value indicator based on the bias value and the shock severity value, an average absolute value indicator based on the average shock severity and the bias value, and a presence of excessive mechanical shock based on the average absolute value indicator and based on the absolute value indicator.

摘要: A controlling system is used for controlling a state of a floating arrangement comprising plurality of containers, such as shipping or standard freight containers, especially consistent with ISO standard. At least some of the containers comprise a float arrangement having e.g. intra-container water-displacing volumes, such as an inflatable bag, which can be used for displacing water from the container when the inflatable bag is filled or for letting more water entering into the container when the inflatable bag is emptied, and thereby manipulating the buoyancy or draft of the container and thus also the same of the pontoon platform comprising said container(s). The state of the container and thus the floating arrangement can be controlled by operating the float arrangement by the controlling system, such as manipulating the inflatable bags or other state changing means of the float arrangement, such as propellers or supporting means.
