Abstract: A conductive adhesive film is disclosed. The conductive adhesive film includes a first film layer and a conductive particle layer. The first film layer has a plurality of electrode contact regions and a non-contact region separating the plurality of electrode contact regions. The first film layer has a plurality of gap structures, and the plurality of gap structures are located at least in the non-contact region. The conductive particle layer is located on a side of the first film layer. The conductive particle layer includes conductive particles. An orthographic projection of the conductive particles on the first film layer overlaps with at least a portion of each electrode contact region.

Abstract: A method of using a self-stick insulation. The method includes providing a piece of insulation product with an adhesive coating. The adhesive coating includes polystyrene-maleic anhydride (SMA) and/or polyacrylic acid (PAA); an alcohol amine; and at least one of a polyvinyl alcohol and a starch. The adhesive coating is then activated with liquid water. Once the adhesive coating is active, the insulation product is attached to a surface with the adhesive coating.

Abstract: An inductive gluing sheet is utilized in an induction-assisted adhesive activation method in which the inductive gluing sheet includes a heat-activated adhesive substrate and a conductive substrate embedded therein. When a magnetic field is applied to the conductive substrate through a first surface or a second surface covering the inductive gluing sheet, an electric current is induced in the conductive substrate. The heat created by the electric current transfers to the heat-activated adhesive substrate via conduction and activates the heat-activated adhesive substrate. This allows for direct heating of an adhesive layer through one or more objects and even allows for reversibility of the adhesion setting process.

Abstract: A method of forming a display article includes dispensing a material onto a first substrate, and pre-curing the material to form a dam. The method includes depositing a liquid optically clear adhesive in a first pattern onto the first substrate such that the first pattern is spaced apart from the dam to form a coated first substrate. The method includes depositing the adhesive in a second pattern onto a second substrate to form a coated second substrate, and flipping the coated second substrate upside down. The method includes translating the coated first and second substrates towards one another to eliminate an air gap, contacting the first pattern and the second pattern at a plurality of single points, and compressing the first pattern and the second pattern to eliminate the air gap and air entrained between the coated first and second substrates.
