摘要: A pseudo-resistor structure, comprises: a first and a second PMOS transistor or PN diode configured as two-terminal devices, wherein the positive terminal of the first PMOS transistor or PN diode is connected to the positive terminal of the second PMOS transistor or PN diode, and wherein the negative terminal of the first PMOS transistor or PN diode is connected to an input (A) of the pseudo-resistor structure and wherein the negative terminal of the second PMOS transistor or PN diode is connected to an output (C) of the pseudo-resistor structure, and a dummy transistor or dummy diode connected to the input (A), wherein the dummy transistor or dummy diode is further connected to a bias voltage for compensating a leakage current through the first and the second PMOS transistors or PN diodes. A closed-loop operational amplifier circuit comprising the pseudo-resistor structure is provided. Also, a bio-potential sensor comprising the closed-loop operational amplifier circuit is provided.

摘要: An amplifying circuit includes a reference voltage generating circuit, a common-mode voltage conversion circuit, a common-mode negative feedback circuit, and an amplifying sub-circuit. The reference voltage generating circuit generates a first reference voltage, a second reference voltage, and a reference common-mode voltage according to a post-stage common-mode voltage. The common-mode voltage conversion circuit converts the pre-stage output differential signal into a differential input signal according to the reference common-mode voltage. The common-mode negative feedback circuit generates a control voltage to quickly establish a common-mode negative feedback of the amplifying sub-circuit, wherein the first reference voltage and the second reference voltage are used to cancel a baseline signal of the pre-stage output differential signal. The amplifying circuit can eliminate the baseline signal, convert the common-mode voltage and quickly establish the common-mode negative feedback.

摘要: A dynamic common reference input (CMRI) signal may be provided to an operational amplifier, or “op-amp,” in an amplifier system to reduce the common mode ripple of the fully-differential op-amp, while adding little or no noise in the amplifier system. The dynamic CMRI signal may be controlled such that a common-mode component of two amplifier input nodes of the operational amplifier is made approximately independent of two input signals received at two system input nodes of the amplifier system. An amplifier system with the dynamic CMRI may be used in class-D amplifiers, such as amplifiers for audio systems that generate output for headphones or speakers.

摘要: A high CMRR neural signal amplifier is configured for supply rail common mode feedback (SR-CMFB) whereby a set of CMFB signals is provided to supply rails of front end LNAs. High CMRR is maintained through buffering outputs of front end signal LNAs and a reference LNA coupled to signal and reference inputs of second stage amplifiers, respectively; and buffering the reference LNA output using an active/guard buffer pair, whereby across a plurality of distinct multiplexing time intervals, during each multiplexing time interval one buffer of the pair functions as an active buffer that drives second stage amplifier reference inputs corresponding to second stage amplifier outputs being multiplexed to a set of multiplexor outputs, and the other buffer of the pair functions as a guard buffer coupled to other second stage amplifier reference inputs corresponding to second stage amplifier outputs not being multiplexed to the set of multiplexor outputs.

摘要: An analog-to-digital converter (ADC) may include capability to sense and/or compensate for undesired effects when receiving input from a microphone. For example, a sense node may be provided between differential inputs, and that sense node separated from the differential inputs by two or more switches. The sense node may allow for a measurement of an average voltage of the differential inputs. The average voltage may be obtained activating the switches to sample the sampling capacitors coupled to the differential inputs. That average voltage may be used as common mode (CM) data. A controller may receive the CM data, along with differential mode (DM) data, and use the CM and DM data to determine undesired effects, such as DC or AC mismatch at the microphone interface. The controller may then generate a signal for applying compensation to the differential inputs to reduce or eliminate the undesired effects.

摘要: A magnetic resonance wireless power transmission device capable of adjusting resonance frequency is disclosed. A wireless power transmission device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a power amplifier for amplifying a wireless power signal using a driving frequency signal; a resonator for configuring a resonance tank and wirelessly transmitting, through magnetic resonance, the wireless power signal output from the power amplifier using a resonance frequency of the resonance tank; and a resonance control unit for controlling a duty ratio using a frequency applied to the resonator or a frequency signal generated by the resonator and adjusting the resonance frequency of the resonator.
