摘要: Skin for dressing backlit vehicle interior parts comprising a perforated opaque decorative layer and a light transmitting material filling the holes wherein the light transmitting material is a reactive hotmelt adhesive which forms a base layer extended over the back side of the opaque decorative layer and comprising a central portion and a transition portion surrounding the central portion and several projections protruding from the central portion of the base layer and completely filling the through holes. Method and an installation for manufacturing said skin for dressing backlit vehicle interior parts.

摘要: A display unit includes a layer with a plurality of sub-regions which are arranged adjacently to one another along an illuminated edge of the layer. A corresponding number of symbols are arranged in the sub-regions. The display unit additionally has a plurality of light sources. The said light sources are arranged adjacently to one another along the illuminated edge of the layer. Each light source is configured to emit light into the respective sub-region of the layer via the illuminated edge of the layer. The display unit additionally has a limiting element which is arranged between the illuminated edge of the layer and the light sources and which is configured to limit the light emitted from the light sources for each sub-region such that the symbol in the respective sub-region is illuminated in a selective manner by the light sources.

摘要: A vehicle panel including a perforated pattern and a method of manufacturing the same, whereby a pattern can be realized through minimal means and a simple method, thereby reducing the amount of time taken and the expense incurred for the production of a product. Additionally, large-area patterning is possible, so the method can be applied to large parts. Moreover, the vehicle panel is capable of realizing a uniform lighting pattern without variation in luminance. When power is turned off, only a perforated pattern is viewed and, when power is turned on, a logical pattern with various designs is viewed, advantageously improving the aesthetic appearance of metal parts.

摘要: An ambient lighting system for automobiles configured to illuminate a passenger compartment, comprises: an optical system in turn comprising: a plurality of RGB LED light sources; a structural support on which the light sources are placed; and a contact surface on which a user can interact, and through which light rays can exit. The ambient lighting system also includes: a control unit configured to control the RGB LED light sources in order to present light animations; and a touch sensor configured to detect touch of the contact surface in a defined region, which is configured to define, along the optical system at least one soft key. The ambient lighting system further includes: a voice command recognition system electronically connected to the control unit and configured to recognize voice commands; and a projector configured to project an image, such as a symbol and/or logo, on the contact surface.

摘要: In an instrument panel, a LED backlighting device has at least one LED source, the optical axis of which corresponds to the direction in which the intensity of the emitted light is maximum. The light of the LED source is reflected onto a graphic area by a first and a second reflecting surface. The first surface defines a first cavity and is aligned with the graphic area along an illumination axis spaced apart from the optical axis, while the second surface is aligned with the LED source along the optical axis and defines a second cavity communicating with the first cavity through an aperture. The second surface is a cylindrical surface, defined by an elliptical generatrix and configured so as to block the light rays that would be directed from the LED source onto the graphic area.
