摘要: A cleaning assembly includes a head component and an attachment component selectively attachable to a panel of the head component. A joint sub-assembly is supported by a rear surface of the panel. A handle component is selectively attachable to the joint sub-assembly. The joint sub-assembly defines at least two axes of rotation for moving the head component relative to the handle component. The at least two axes of rotation include a first axis and a second axis that is perpendicular to the first axis. The cleaning assembly may be used to clean a target surface of a vehicle, such as a substantially planar and substantially vertical target surface. The handle component may be manipulated to move the head component along the target surface while maintaining direct contact between the target surface and substantially a whole of a cleaning surface of the attachment component.

摘要: A high-speed, cold laminating system includes a lamination unit for inline use connected with a paper feeder supplying at least 30 ppm. The lamination unit further includes a set of unheated motor-driven laminating pressure rollers along a laminating path, and a cutter between the rollers and an exit. A diverter gate passes the paper sheets to the laminating path or to the exit without passing along the laminating path. The system includes a controller to control the motor, the diverter gate, and functions of the lamination unit. The controller is programmed to control the motor to pause the pressure rollers with a leading sheet therein while a subsequent sheet moves toward the pressure rollers so a laminated spacing distance between a trailing edge of the leading sheet and a leading edge of the subsequent sheet to equal a prescribed spacing distance.

摘要: According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a method for producing a multi-layer plastic may include coextruding a first laminate with a substrate layer having an HDPE content of at least 60% by volume; a barrier layer having a barrier polymer and having a thickness of at most 20% of a total thickness of the first laminate; and a connecting layer between the substrate layer and the barrier layer; stretching the coextruded first laminate in a machine direction only; and connecting a second laminate having a polyethylene content of at least 80% by volume to the barrier layer of the stretched first laminate.

The sound damping material includes a surface layer including an elastomer and a filler. Preferably the filler includes glass or ceramic beads. The surface layer preferably has a textured surface for contacting with the casting. Preferably the filler has a diameter that provides or contributes to the textured surface. For example, a portion of the filler may have a diameter that is greater than the average thickness of the surface layer. The sound damping material includes one or more metallic layers, preferably for applying a force to a surface of the casting. The sound damping material preferably includes two metallic layers that are separated by a core polymeric layer.

摘要: The present invention discloses a high temperature resistant outer layer covering aerogel composite material with low dielectric, high heat insulation and high fireproof characteristics and preparation method thereof. The method comprises steps of: (1) mixing hydrolysis, (2) condensation and dispersion, (3) structure molding, (4) atmospheric pressure drying, (5) outer layer covering, (6) curing molding and (7) surface treatment. In this technology, a trace amount of water-dispersible high temperature resistant glue is added to the aerogel sol in the step of condensation and dispersion, which is injected into the fiber-containing preformed structure, and dried at high temperature and atmospheric to prepare aerogel preformed materials. And then, the aerogel preformed materials are wrapped by a high temperature resistant material and cured to prepare the aerogel composite material with low dielectric, high heat insulation and high fireproof properties. The high temperature resistant outer layer of this technology contains single-layer, multi-layer or stacking and laminating multilayers, so that the product can be applied in fire prevention, energy saving and carbon reduction, especially application in the cleanroom or the thermal runaway safety protection of lithium battery module of electric vehicle.
