[Solution] A resin-coated metallic plate having a resin layer (A) and a resin layer (B) is characterized in that the resin layer (A) contains 50 to 80 wt % of a polyethylene terephthalate-based resin (I) and 20 to 50 wt % of a polybutylene terephthalate-based resin (II), wherein the resin layer (B) contains 50 to 80 wt % of a polyethylene terephthalate-based resin (III) and 20 to 50 wt % of a polybutylene terephthalate-based resin (II), the polyethylene terephthalate-based resin (I) has a melting point of 210 to 230° C. inclusive, the polybutylene terephthalate-based resin (II) has a melting point of 215 to 225° C. inclusive, and the polyethylene terephthalate-based resin (III) has a melting point of higher than 230° C. and 205° C. or lower.

Such roll-bonded laminate is composed of a stainless steel layer and a non-stainless steel metal layer, and it is characterized in that thickness T is 0.2 mm to 3 mm and a correlation between a proportion PSUS of thickness TSUS of the stainless steel layer relative to thickness T and a half width FWHM200 of a peak exhibiting a crystal plane orientation (200) determined by X-ray diffraction analysis of the stainless steel layer side satisfies the correlation represented by the formula: FWHM200≤0.0057PSUS+0.4.

摘要: A surface-treated steel sheet for a battery container includes a steel sheet, an iron-nickel diffusion layer formed on the steel sheet, and a nickel layer formed on the iron-nickel diffusion layer and constituting the outermost layer. When the Fe intensity and the Ni intensity are continuously measured from the surface of the surface-treated steel sheet for a battery container along the depth direction with a high frequency glow discharge optical emission spectrometric analyzer, the thickness of the iron-nickel diffusion layer being the difference (D2−D1) between the depth (D1) at which the Fe intensity exhibits a first predetermined value and the depth (D2) at which the Ni intensity exhibits a second predetermined value is 0.04 to 0.31 μm; and the total amount of the nickel contained in the iron-nickel diffusion layer and the nickel contained in the nickel layer is 10.8 to 26.7 g/m2.
