    摘要: A gear motor includes an electric motor adapted to drive a transmission. A bearing flange of the transmission is secured to a housing part of the transmission. A bearing for rotatably mounting the output shaft of the transmission is accommodated in the bearing flange, and a shaft sealing ring is accommodated in the bearing flange, which seals towards the shaft, e.g., performing a sealing function. A cover disc is secured, e.g., using screws, to the bearing flange on the side of the bearing flange facing away from the interior of the transmission, the interior, for example, being filled with lubricating oil. The cover disc has continuous grooves extending in the circumferential direction on its side facing the bearing flange, and a radial borehole is formed in the cover disc and feeds into one of the grooves, e.g., into the radially outermost groove.

    摘要: A composite transmission housing for a vehicle drive train transmission is configured for sealingly enclosing transmission shafts, gearwheels, and a lubricant fluid within an internal space of the housing and includes: a first carbon-fibre skeleton part having a first attachment region; a second carbon-fibre skeleton part having a first attachment region; a first sealing cover part made of plastic material and having a first sealing surface; and a second sealing cover part made of plastic material and having a second sealing surface. The first attachment regions of the first and second carbon-fibre skeleton parts are mutually connected for providing a rigid structural framework that defines said internal space, and the first and second sealing surfaces of the first and second sealing cover parts are pressed together or against corresponding sealing surfaces associated with the first and second carbon-fibre skeleton parts, for providing a sealing envelope around said internal space.

The housing part includes a channel, demolded in a first drawing direction, in particular, using a first slider, the channel being adapted to extend through the wall of the housing and ending in the interior space region of the gear unit. The drawing direction has a non-vanishing angle in relation to the axis of rotation of the input shaft, its angle in particular amounting to between 5° and 45°, e.g., between 5° and 20°.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a gearbox of a rail vehicle, which belongs to the technical field of gear transmission. The gearbox of the present disclosure comprises a driving shaft, a driven shaft, a first bearing seat and a second bearing seat; the gearbox further comprises: a first roller bearing, a ball bearing, a bearing inner retaining ring and a bearing outer retaining ring for drainage, which are arranged between the first bearing seat and the driving shaft; wherein, the bearing inner retaining ring and the bearing outer retaining ring are provided between the first roller bearing and the ball bearing along an axial direction of the driving shaft, and a first drainage channel is provided on the bearing outer retaining ring, a second drainage channel is provided on the first bearing seat; wherein, the lubricating oil can be guided into the first roller bearing and the ball bearing from the outside of the first bearing seat through the second drainage channel and the first drainage channel in sequence. The present disclosure can greatly improve the lubricating performance of the first roller bearing and the ball bearing on the driving shaft of the gearbox, and is particularly suitable for low-temperature working conditions.
