    摘要： The disclosure comprises a method and system for exchanging multimedia content with a Television Receiver, during a voice call from a Multimedia Terminal to a Legacy Terminal, comprising previously associating the Television Receiver with the Legacy Terminal, storing said association a Television Application Server connected to the Television Receiver, and registering said association, within the same public identity, by a Communications Server connected to the Multimedia Terminal and to the Legacy Terminal; wherein the Communications Server exposes availability for establishing multimedia calls between the Multimedia Terminal and said public identity, in particular a Rich Communication Suite multimedia call availability. When a multimedia IMS terminal establishes a voice call with a legacy terminal with no multimedia capabilities it loses the possibility to e.g. start a video call or a video sharing session regardless of the compliance with an IMS network. It is one object of to provide a solution to this.

    摘要： A User Equipment (UE), a Home Subscriber Server (HSS), and methods are provided for facilitating access to a second service (e.g. IPTV, IP Television) when the user registers with a network for a first service (e.g. IMS, IP Multimedia Subsystem service, or 2G mobile service). For example, the user employs his mobile terminal to register for IMS service, then requests a security token for the provision of the second service. The network validates the user subscription and provides the security token associated with the 2nd service, e.g. with IPTV. The user can input the security token for obtaining access to the 2nd service, e.g. from another terminal. For example, the user can input the token, e.g. in the form of a PIN code, on an ITF (IP Television Terminal Function) to be provided personalised IPTV service, or for performing IPTV parental control on his IPTV subscription involving multiple users.

    摘要： Apparatus and methods are provided which facilitate the resolution of recording conflicts of a digital video recorder (DVR). A DVR identifies a recording conflict between a first recording timer associated with a first television program and a second recording timer associated with a second television program. A communication is initiated to a communication device associated with a user of the digital video recorder to inform the user of the recording conflict. Responsive to the communication, the user provides information to the DVR via the communication device requesting to resolve the recording conflict. The DVR utilizes the provided information to modify one or more of the conflicted recording timers to resolve the conflict.

The video distribution system distributes a video program in a first aspect ratio and includes information to convert the first aspect ratio to a second aspect ratio. Included in the video distribution system are a distribution point and a video converter that is located remotely from the distribution point. The video converter receives the information and the video program from the distribution point. The video converter uses the information to guide conversion between the first aspect ratio and the second aspect ratio.
