Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive paste which has high adhesiveness to polyimide of which a board is made, good bending-proof nature and good solvent resistance. SOLUTION: The electrically conductive paste contains electrically conductive powder and a binder resin, wherein the binder resin is epoxide resin composite which includes one or more kinds of aluminum compounds and silane coupling agents. The electrically conductive paste is preferably composed of solvent of 5 to 100 pts.wt. the aluminum compounds of 0.01 to 5 pts.wt. and the silane coupling agents of 0.01 to 5 pts.wt. when the electrically conductive powder is 100 pts.wt. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrically conductive adhesive usable as an alternative for solder jointing as a means for electrically conductive joint formation in the surface mounting of electronic parts for vehicle loading and in making electronic parts themselves. SOLUTION: The electrically conductive adhesive is obtained by dispersing silver powder or the like as electrically conductive medium in a binder resin component consisting of an one-part epoxy-based thermosetting resin essentially comprising an epoxy resin component based on a polycyclic aromatic skeleton-bearing epoxy compound and a cyclic acid anhydride as the curing agent component and also incorporated with a coupling agent as an adhesivity-imparting agent. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mesoporous silica/fluoridated polymer composite material containing a modified hydrophobic mesoporous silica. SOLUTION: The composite material contains a hydrophobic hollow silica with a hollow diameter of 0.1-50 nm and a fluoridated polymer and has a permittivity smaller than 4, a dielectric dissipation factor smaller than 0.04 and thermal expansion coefficient of ≤60 ppm/°C. The material is suitable to be used for a printed circuit board, especially for a high-frequency wave substrate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coated glass fiber strands having a peculiar coating, inhibiting abrasive wear and breakage of the fiber in treating and having an excellent wet-through, wet-out properties and dispersibility, excellent strength of a laminate eliminating heat-cleaning process prior to lamination process, excellent heat stability, resistance to hydrolysis, corrosion resistance and low reactivity in the presence of reactive acids and alkalis in high humidity and compatibility with polymeric matrix materials, during composite material forming process. SOLUTION: The present invention provides the coated fiber strand comprising a plurality of glass fibers having an average nominal fiber diameter greater than 5 micrometers, the strand being at least partially impregnated with a dried residue of an aqueous sizing composition comprising solid particles which provide interstitial spaces between adjacent glass fibers of the strand, the solid particles having a minimum average particle size of at least 3 micrometers and a hardness which does not exceed a hardness of the plurality of glass fibers.
