Abstract: An electrically conductive bonding tape includes a conductive self-supporting first layer conductive in each of three mutually orthogonal directions and including conductive opposing first and second major surfaces, an conductive second layer coated on the first major surface of the self-supporting first layer and having at least 60% by weight of nickel, the second layer having an exposed major surface facing away from the first major surface of the self-supporting first layer and exposing at least some of the nickel in the second layer, and a conductive adhesive third layer bonded to the second major surface of the self-supporting first layer opposite the second layer. The adhesive third layer is conductive in at least one of the three mutually orthogonal directions and includes a plurality of conductive elements dispersed in an insulative material, at least some of the conductive elements physically contacting the self-supporting first layer.

Abstract: A multilayer tape according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: an adhesive layer including an epoxy; and an electromagnetic interference (EMI) absorption layer disposed on the adhesive layer and including a thermoset epoxy resin and a plurality of magnetic metal particles which are distributed in the thermoset epoxy resin, and the magnetic metal particles include iron, and a ratio of a gross weight of the plurality of magnetic metal particles to a gross weight of the EMI absorption layer is higher than bout 40%, and a peel strength of the adhesive layer and the EMI absorption layer after the adhesive layer is cured is about 5 times or more greater than a peel strength of the adhesive layer and the EMI absorption layer before the adhesive layer is cured.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a magnetic shielding tape, which is capable of shielding a high-to-low frequency of a signal transmitted through a cable in shielding of a magnetic field which flows in such a cable or is emitted therefrom, and a method for manufacturing the same. The basic magnetic shielding tape comprises: —a thin film magnetic layer including at least one metal ribbon sheet which is divided into a plurality of fine pieces by flaking process, and a gap provided between adjacent fine pieces among the plurality of fine pieces; —a cover film layer adhered to one side surface of the thin film magnetic layer through a first adhesive layer; and—a conductive layer adhered to the other side surface of the thin film magnetic layer through a second adhesive layer, wherein a size of the gap is determined according to a frequency band of the signal.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to an integral electronic stack and a multi-layer stack. Specifically, according to an embodiment of the disclosure, there is provided an integral electronic stack for grounding an electrically conductive component in which passive intermodulation (PIM) is reduced, wherein the integral electronic stack includes a first integral stack and a second integral stack, the first integral stack being bonded to the second integral stack, wherein the first integral stack includes: a first board which is substantially rigid; a first electrically conductive layer which is disposed on at least part of a first main surface of the first board; a first electrically conductive adhesive layer and a second electrically conductive adhesive layer; and a first electrically conductive film which is disposed between the first electrically conductive adhesive layer and the second electrically conductive adhesive layer, and is bonded to the first electrically conductive adhesive layer and the second electrically conductive adhesive layer, respectively, the first electrically conductive adhesive layer and the second electrically conductive adhesive layer including a plurality of electrically conductive elements substantially distributed in an electrically insulative material, wherein the first electrically conductive adhesive layer bonds the first electrically conductive film to the one or more first electrically conductive layer.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a magnetic tape includes the steps of forming a thin film magnetic layer including at least one metal ribbon sheet, adhering a cover film layer to one side surface of the thin film magnetic layer through a first adhesive layer, performing flaking on the metal ribbon sheet included in the thin film magnetic layer to which the cover film layer is adhered, and adhering a conductive layer to the other side surface of the thin film magnetic layer, which includes the at least one metal ribbon sheet undergone the flaking, through a second adhesive layer, wherein the dividing includes dividing the thin film magnetic layer to provide a gap between adjacent fine pieces among the plurality of fine pieces by applying tension to the thin film magnetic layer in an extension direction of the magnetic shielding tape while the flaking is performed.
