    摘要: A pressure fluid reservoir for a traction-controlled vehicle brake system; a reservoir unit including a plurality of pressure fluid reservoirs; and a method for producing a pressure fluid reservoir are disclosed. The pressure fluid reservoir with its structural size unchanged, has a larger installation space for a restoring element cooperating with a reservoir piston and at the same time can be produced economically. To that end, as the reservoir piston, a component reshaped in non-metal-cutting fashion from a sheet-metal material is proposed, on whose circumference an encompassing receptacle for a piston seal is integrally formed, likewise in non-metal-cutting fashion. The reservoir piston can be produced by deep drawing; the receptacle for the piston seal can be produced by roller-burnishing. Both method steps can be performed economically in one combined operation.

    摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulic assembly of a vehicle brake system with traction control. Hydraulic assemblies include a housing block, which is to be fitted with hydraulic components, and an electronic control unit for activating the components. It is known for a hydraulic connection for a pressure sensor to be provided on a housing block and for the signal of the pressure sensor to be taken into consideration for brake pressure regulation in the control unit. The invention proposes an advantageous arrangement of at least one second hydraulic connection for a second pressure sensor on the housing block in combination with blind bores of the hydraulic connections. The blind bores can be positioned in a variable fashion and formed with different lengths during the production of the housing block. In this way, it is possible for the pressure in different hydraulic partial regions of a vehicle brake system to be sensed in an application-specific manner. The number of such hydraulic connections for pressure sensors has no influence on the external dimensions of the housing block.

A rotor shaft of the pump unit has a hollow shaft with two standardized, hardened cylindrical pins that are press-fitted into the ends of the hollow shaft. The rotor shaft can be produced simply, economically, and without metal-cutting machining. The hollow shaft has high bending and torsional strength. The rotor shaft has a small diameter at the bearing points, which makes a small bearing diameter and thus a small installation space for the pump unit possible.

    摘要: A magnetic valve that switches at high differential pressures and furnishes a large flow cross section. The magnetic valve has an armature, which when current is supplied to a coil is movable toward a pole core counter to the force of a restoring spring. The armature is capable of opening an auxiliary valve of small sealing diameter directly and a main valve of large sealing diameter indirectly. The auxiliary valve and the main valve have a common closing body, which is movable relative to the armature with a limited stroke. The auxiliary valve communicates through a conduit of the closing body with the outflow side of the magnetic valve. In the open position of the magnetic valve, the closing body is held by a stop ring of the armature. The magnetic valve is suitable in particular for slip-controlled hydraulic brake systems of motor vehicles.
